  “An absolutely delightful experience at The Ivy! From the beautiful ambiance to the delicious food, everything was wonderful. What truly stood out was the outstanding service from Mr. Akram. He was extremely attentive, courteous, and professional, while also being warm and welcoming. His genuine hospitality made our dining experience feel truly special.   “We phoned ahead as we were travelling with bags and wanted to check whether they could accommodate them. We were told yes, and on arrival the ladies on reservations immediately made a table available where we could place our luggage without any inconvenience.The food was excellent and the service matched it. I had a voucher for The Ivy that was due to expire on 12.07.2026, and Guest Relations kindly extended it until 30.07.2026 due to the unforseen circumstance, so I could use it today.The Ivy Kensington is a great choice for any occasion. The staff are friendly and attentive, the chefs are outstanding, and the quality of the food is exceptionally high. I can highly recommend it.”

  “⭐⭐⭐⭐An Exceptional Dining Experience at The Ivy Kensington From the moment I walked into The Ivy Kensington, I knew I was in for something special. The cool ambience & awesome vibe, impeccable service, and outstanding cuisine combined to create one of the finest dining experiences I have had in the UK. What truly sets this restaurant apart is its people. A heartfelt thank you to Albi, whose professionalism and warm hospitality made my visit memorable. My sincere appreciation also goes to Binta, whose attentiveness and genuine smile made me feel exceptionally welcome. Kudos also to the awesome hostess Crystal for ensuring that I got a table although I hadn’t booked. She went far and beyond to ensure I got one after waiting for a short while at the bar, and to Vishal who looked after me on my first visit with such courtesy and care. I must also commend the talented barman Ankit , whose cocktails were simply outstanding—expertly crafted, beautifully presented, and among the very best I have enjoyed. The food was equally exceptional. The crispy shrimp starter was perfectly prepared and bursting with flavour. The highlight of my meal, however, was the Seafood Linguine—without question the finest pasta dish I have tasted anywhere in the UK. Fresh, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented, it was a masterpiece. In an era where genuine hospitality is increasingly rare, The Ivy Kensington delivers excellence effortlessly. It is more than a restaurant; it is an experience where every detail matters and every guest is treated with warmth and respect. I will undoubtedly be returning, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional food, impeccable service, and an unforgettable dining experience in London.   “A very enjoyable dinner at The Ivy Kensington Brasserie. The scallops were beautifully presented and full of flavour, while the ribeye was tender, well cooked and satisfying. The atmosphere was elegant and lively, and the service was friendly and professional. Overall, a lovely experience, although a few small details could have been improved to make it truly exceptional. I would happily return.”

  “Went for a quick lunch. Really good British cuisine. I would liken it to an elevated pub with white table cloth and staff with excellent manners (I thought our waitress’s manners were wayyy better than what I experienced at the Dorchester!). In fact, she should get a huge bonus. The prices are great too (around $30 for a main dish). We had the sea bream, fish and chips, and Shepards pie—and they were all excellent and fish dishes were fresh. Wish we had more time because we wanted to try the rest of the menu. Portions are huge too! I was completely full with one main. Not sure how I could even do the 3 course set menu. The place was packed at lunch and dinner (we got turned away for dinner one night because it was fully booked).”

  “We had a lovely time at the Ivy celebrating our Mum’s 60th birthday. The service was brilliant, everyone was so friendly but special mention to Khaled who was so lovely and made us feel really well looked after. The food was delicious and the heritage menu is really good value. Couldn’t fault any of it & would highly recommend to anyone!”

  “Dining at The Ivy in Kensington was a great experience from start to finish. The food was really nice, well presented, and full of flavor. The waiters were very attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal, which added a lot to the overall experience. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed but upscale meal. Overall, I had a really good time and would definitely recommend it.”

  “I had such a lovely meal here! I ordered the chicken & leek pie and it was absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned and true comfort food. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive. They checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay, which felt thoughtful without being intrusive. Lewis in particular was very cheerful and kind, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a place we would happily return to!”

  “The starter was brilliant, loved the entire concept of the presentation. Atmosphere, I did not like the decor, there’s too much going on, tables also are too close, coffee is really not the best, extremely bitter. The pasta was an interesting take. But I couldn’t really get a feel for what the Ivy in Kensington is trying to represent. What is it’s value. The staff was wonderful. Modern, smiley, relaxed. Even when there was an accident with plates falling and breaking, they were so composed and worthy of human experience. Price was good”
