What reviewers say
Reviewers most often mention doner kebab, chicken shawarma, wraps and burger meal.
Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise generous portions at low prices, with wraps leading the praise: a chicken shawarma and doner with chips called juicy and well seasoned, home made wraps full of spiced chicken, and a burger meal described as freshly prepared. Several describe the staff as friendly, helpful and welcoming, and one mentions a phone charger available to customers. Others point to the kebabs and the Indian and Pakistani dishes, with one noting the shop has been around since 1973. The complaints are specific, though. One diner says a late-night lamb biryani arrived old and microwaved, with the sauce and salad brought afterward. A family found the falafel, veggie pakora and naan greasy, chewy and dry. Another says the doner and chips were dry, with only carrots for salad, a large order that did not seem large, and chips cooked in dirty old grease. One reviewer recalls a kind man handing over two free waters.
