Customer Review Summary
Lamb tagine emerges as the dish reviewers return to most, praised alongside standouts like sea bass, merguez, and shakshuka, with breakfast plates such as fava beans, baked eggs and halloumi jam, and Turkish coffee or a Spanish latte also drawing repeat mentions. Portions are frequently called generous, service consistently described as friendly and attentive, and several diners note dishes arrived quickly. One reviewer highlights fresh pita and freshly made bread accompanying meals. Complaints are minor and inconsistent: one visitor found the space cramped with prices on the higher side given a 10% service charge, one mentioned smaller portions than expected, another noted the interior can get warm in summer despite fans, and one reviewer docked a star for seating that felt dated though clean. Several reviewers mention returning for a second visit, and multiple recommend the restaurant to others, with one detailing a breakfast and dinner visit on separate occasions, both met with the same warm welcome from staff.

“This was truly a great find! We ordered the Lamb Tajine, sea bass, creamy chicken and mushroom, and everything was absolutely delicious. The sea bass was fresh, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. Even the fries and cabbage salad were fantastic! The service was amazing as well. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and caring throughout our visit. Honestly, it’s hard to pick a favourite because every dish we tried was so good. Definitely a place worth visiting—we’ll be back!”

“We went there once for dinner and the other morning for breakfast. Both times the staff was very friendly and forthcoming. The burgers (especially the fries!) were delicious, as well as the breakfast plates with fresh pita bread. We highly recommend to get a cup of coffee here, the best one we had in London! Note: it can get quite warm inside in the summertime, but the fans make it bearable.”

“Really exceptional breakfast. Great food, great service. Lovely decor. We had the Shakshuka and Mediterranean breakfast with a pot of tea and Spanish latte. I don't usually have hot drinks but the Spanish latte was lovely, very sweet and creamy.”

“Wonderful food with great variety. We ordered merguez and fried calamari (starters) and lamb tagine, chicken tagine, steak and fish & chips. All the dishes were very tasty and authentic. Some portion sizes could have been better. The prices were a little on the higher side especially considering the 10% service charge, but perhaps par for the area. Inside the restaurant feels a bit cramped for space, but the ambience is still good.”

“We visited this restaurant on our last day in London and had a great experience. The food was delicious, with just the right amount of spice - perfect after a tiring trip. We weren’t very familiar with Mediterranean cuisine, so we asked the staff for recommendations. We shared the Fattoush, a tagine, and two saffron rice dishes between the two of us, and everything was excellent. We also enjoyed the mint tea and Moroccan tea, which were a perfect way to finish the meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended! Visited from Japan🇯🇵”
