  “Good food.Service was too slow. Atmosphere is not very good for families. Had a drunken guy engage in fight with another customer. Would need to work on customer service and improve service and restaurant hygiene”

  “Me and my friends come to this restaurant almost every week because we love their biryani. But this time I wanted to try something different, so we ordered their mixed platter mandi. The taste was really good. I would definetly recommend to try this, if you like something flavourful but mild (spiceness wise) the same time.”

  “Really enjoyed my visit here. Rihan and Fahad were great—friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the start. The place had a nice, relaxed vibe too. The food was honestly the best part—full of flavour and really satisfying. You can tell it’s made properly. I’d definitely come back again and would recommend it to others.”

  “I recently visited Charminar Restaurant and had a great experience. I ordered their chicken biryani and haleem, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The chicken biryani was flavorful, perfectly spiced, and cooked just right. The haleem was rich, tender, and full of authentic taste. A special mention to Amer Shaik for his excellent service. He was polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit.”

  “Charminar Restaurant's food was very good, especially the Hyderabadi lamb biryani and the custard fruit dessert. Both were flavorful and well prepared. The service was also great. Mr. Fahad was very attentive and treated every customer with genuine care and warmth. Overall, a pleasant dining experience and I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Location : Leyton”

  “I had a couple of good takeaway meals from here, especially the biryani, so I was keen to try their weekend special, the baby lamb mandi. When I ordered, I was told it would take 25–30 minutes and that I should call before returning. I went back without calling and decided to eat in instead. I was then told the dish would need another ten minutes. The wait became unreasonable. Twenty minutes passed with no food and no update. The dining area was left unattended throughout, with several tables still covered in dirty dishes. I decided to leave. As I stepped outside, I saw the staff member handling my order smoking and chatting with a friend. The experience also raised doubts about the dish itself. When I returned, I was asked again whether I wanted lamb or chicken mandi, which didn’t match the idea of a prepared weekend special and made it feel less than authentic. Poor service, an untidy dining area, and confusion around the food made this a disappointing visit. I won’t be returning for takeaway or dine-in.”

  “I visited this restaurant and ordered the Shahi Combo, Biryani Rice, and Chicken 65. Unfortunately, everything was far below expectations. The food was poorly prepared, lacked flavor, and the quality was very disappointing. Additionally, the table was unclean and had a strong, unpleasant smell, making the dining environment uncomfortable. What made the experience even worse was the rude behavior of the server. She had no idea how to treat customers and showed a lack of basic courtesy. Overall, it was a frustrating visit, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good food and service.”

  “Loved the south Indian vibe of food going on here plenty of flavour and spices coming through loved the daal and the platter. Food was slightly spicy for me but if you like your spices then this is the place to go glad i tried it and would happy go back.”

  “I was really starving today so looking for some hyderabadi food then found this place I have started with Apollo fish and crispy prawns both are good. Crispy prawns are very crispy and delicious. Then i have ordered lamb biriyani and Egg biriyani. Lamb biriyani was good and lamb pieces are very juicy and full of flavours Egg biriyani is not that good. Then after I had a mango sweet which is really amazing and perfect. Finally finished with irani chai. I really felt hyderabadi flavour here.”
