Customer Review Summary
The chicken vindaloo draws the most praise, with one regular calling its spice mouth watering and describing generous, well-filled containers alongside pilau rice, chicken shashlik, onion bhajis and Bombay aloo. A lamb biryani with dhal, made spicy as requested, also earns credit, and happier reviewers describe authentic, flavourful food, long-standing loyalty, welcoming owners and one delivery that arrived early with extras. Still, complaints outnumber the praise. Several describe very late deliveries, including an Uber Eats order placed at 8pm that arrived at 10pm, and cold food with soggy bread. One order had no record despite payment being taken. Others report a quorn curry sent instead of prawn with the rice missing, a yellow saag paneer, a garlic naan with barely any garlic, and a curry that separated once out of its box. Reviewers also repeat that staff answering the phone insisted the order was only minutes old, then hung up when refunds or names were requested.

“Avoid - ordered online and rang after an hour of waiting. They had no record of my order despite taking my money and nobody knew what was going on. No comments on the quality of the food obviously!”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Absolute disgusting food , curry separated once taken out of box, prawns raw inside, everything cold. Seriously concerned about the food standard. Use to be lovely takeaway. Not anymore”

“Second worst saag paneer I’ve ever had. The paneer was fine, the saag part was awful, I’ve never seen it look yellow. It should be easy to get garlic naan right, but there was barely any garlic on the naan- it was very plain.”

“5 stars. Ordered a lamb biryani with dhal instead of vegetable curry and asked for it to be spicy and they did just as I asked. Amazing customer service, delicious food and was made very quickly. Have been ordering from here from a while back and it is just as good as it was back then. 100% recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for authentic Asian food that tastes great, is fresh and is made quickly and to your standard. Amazing !!!”

“This was my first takeaway in years! And I can honestly say, it was brilliant! Thank you so much. Your delivery guy arrived earlier than stated, and with extras too! Big thumbs up. Well done and thanks again.”
