  “A Hidden Gem in Soho – Kung Fu Delivers Big Flavor and Warmth My friend and I were just wandering through Soho, no plans, just soaking in the city vibes, when we stumbled upon Kung Fu. Right away, the staff invited us in with such genuine warmth that we couldn’t say no. The atmosphere is vibrant and unmistakably local—colorful, energetic, and full of character. The food? Absolutely delicious. We shared the chicken braised noodle soup, and wow—it was spicy, rich, and easily one of the best ramen-style bowls I’ve ever had. I’m not usually a fan of chicken thighs, but this one was perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. Yes, it’s a bit on the pricey side, but the experience makes it worth every penny. What really stood out, though, was the service. They took our luggage, stored it safely, handed us bags, and made us feel completely taken care of. Shoutout to Aywan in particular—he went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. For anyone looking for great Chinese food with heart and soul in Soho, I can’t recommend Kung Fu enough. We’ll definitely be back.”

  “The noodle soup was tasty. I think there were too many servants there, and when not busy you can kind of feel a few pair of eyes are just gazing at you. Overall, it was a nice place to eat. The soup bowl was of decent size.”

  “The food is amazing!! The queues can be long but they run super fast. Service was great, very well treated overall. Everytime I'm in London we go to this place and it never disappoints. The mushroom and the dumplings with peanut sauce were amazing as starters. The noodle of brisket is very good as well. Recommend a 100%.”

  “The seating is very elbow-to-elbow, sharing tables with other diners and intruding into their space. I understand that restaurants in London need to maximise space but this was just awkward. The food is really underwhelming. Broth lacks flavour and was far too oily. Noodles were good and it's better to have dry noodles dishes instead of the soupy noodle ones. Service was efficient. Portion size is huge! The awkward seating and below average food just didn't cut it for us. Would skip this place.”

  “Second time coming to this place. Although the food was great the first time, the service was not that good. Employees barely smiled and was not that welcoming. However, the second time around, the service was amazing. Ivan, welcomed us with a warm smile and was very accommodating throughout. He explained the menu very well and gave us tailored recommendations. He even explained the menu to my mother in Thai as she does not understand English that well! Would recommend coming here👍”

  “Great Chinese restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights is the open kitchen, where you can watch the chefs prepare the fresh noodles and dishes right in front of you, which adds to the whole experience. We ordered the vegetarian Biang Biang Noodles, and they were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Highly recommended for anyone in the area looking for authentic Chinese food!”

  “Ok, I'm kinda spoilt as I'm comparing all of this to my visit to China just 2 months ago eating very similar noodles. The £13.80 soup beef brisket with extra thick noodles, the broth used simply didn't have enough flavour, we adding vineger/chili only helped a bit. However a plus there was soooo many noodles, I tried to help my partner but we both simply couldn't finish it as I also had to finish my cold sesame chili noodles which were good. Try it n decide yourself if u can eat so many carbs!”

  “I’ve wanted to visit Kung Fu Noodle for such a long time! Every time I passed by, I was mesmerized by people happily slurping up noodles from those beautiful, deep blue-and-white bowls. Today, I finally made it for lunch, and it did not disappoint! 😍 ​The food was incredibly delicious, and I truly enjoyed every single bite. The noodles were fresh and the flavors were so rich—it was exactly the comforting meal I had imagined. If I’m being completely honest, it was just a tiny bit too oily for my personal taste, but the overall quality was still excellent. ​The service was both friendly and fast, which made the whole experience even better. I’m already looking forward to coming back soon! 😋🙌”

  “Really really good portions. Staff are helpful. Been here 7 times and it always tastes great! Does not feel like a lot of msg. Highly recommend the handpulled Lanzhou thin noodles. the soup single-handedly cured my seasonal depression.”

  “I went here for dinner at 8pm on a Sunday evening. The place was packed, and it's because the food here is DELICIOUS. 🤤 I had the Hot and Sour Glass Noodle Soup with Braised Pork Intestines. It was the best I've had in western Europe to be honest. 👍🏽 I went back to have noodles at 10am but they weren't open yet. I'll definitely come back when I visit London again.”
