About Shenanigans
Shenanigans is an Irish pub at 77 Tithebarn St in Liverpool, with a rooftop terrace beer garden that has a swing. The bar pours its own branded home-brew lager alongside Guinness. On the Irish menu, a steak sandwich sits among the pub food. Inside, the pub spreads over two floors with retro, old-style decor, and the upstairs room has a big screen. Football and other sport show on the TVs. Live music comes from a singer and guitarist, and a jukebox is also on hand. Dogs are welcome.

Customer Review Summary
Guinness is the draw reviewers raise most, with several calling it the best pint around and one describing it as creamy. Close behind are the food, including a steak sandwich and a menu reviewers find reasonably priced, and the friendly, quick staff. Reviewers also single out the rooftop terrace and beer garden with its swing, the upstairs room with a big screen for football, and a live singer and guitarist. A few mention the pub's own branded lager and a gluten free home brew, and one describes retro decor that takes visitors back in time. Several pass through before a match or on a work trip, and groups of friends say the pub looks small from the door but has plenty of room upstairs and on the roof. No recurring complaint appears in the reviews. One reviewer who stopped in for a quick drink says they will stay longer next time.

“Shenanigans is love, shenanigans is life! the home brew delicious like the worlds rarest spice, slightly bittersweet, with a hint of hops, and for £3.80, it’s right at the top! plus it’s gluten free and outdoes the rest! but there’s more to that which makes it the best! Amazing staff and a hub for the cool, ain’t no other pub like it, shenanigans rules!”

“What a GEM of a pub, if you like everything retro this pub is a must visit . The food smell hugs you as you enter and the Guiness is as stated the best you just have to have another, Staff are engaging and pleanty tvs and big screen upstairs for your sports fix. The surprise is the rooftop beer garden complete with swing 👌 you must visit to enjoy all its retro pieces which will take you back in time 😀”

“Met friends here on the way to a football match at the Hill-Dickinson Stadium. Pub seems small when you walk in but there's an upstairs room and a rooftop terrace as well so there's plenty of room. Really nice pub, friendly staff, quick service and really good food very reasonably priced. We all (6 of us) were well impressed and would highly recommend Shenanigans.”

“A real Irish bar. Independent and true to it's form. On a nice day the roof terrace is perfect. Great beers too. Try their own branded lager, was very nice!”
