About Dirty O'Sheas
Dirty O'Sheas is an Irish pub in Liverpool, set in a brick-lined room where live music plays. Food comes as bar bites, and draft beer is the drink on offer at the bar. Entry runs through a door staffed by bouncers, with a queue and barriers outside, so visitors can expect to join a line before they get in. The music plays in the bar itself, so the live performance and the drinking share one room. Find the pub at 57 Seel St.

Customer Review Summary
The complaints are about service and are recurring. Several describe bar staff as dismissive. One was refused further service after disputing a charge for two drinks that never arrived, and another was told to stop asking after reporting a missing phone upstairs. Door staff are also criticised as aggressive, with one reviewer turned away when trying to get back in to find a friend and another describing being ejected from the queue without explanation. One reviewer, who came to watch England play, objected that the anthem was not played. Another says messages to the pub's Instagram account and phone calls went unanswered, and a further reviewer says the email address on the website does not work.

“Had a great experience today!! worker named ted is a great lad, went over and beyond to ensure our experience was amazing and had great recommendations for the area. The lad deserves a raise!”

“Was a disgrace, went to watch England play and they blanked the Anthem which is totally disrespectful considering the pub is in ENGLAND. Should be ashamed!!!!”

“The bouncers wouldn't let me back in to find my friend , very aggressive. I got back in the barriers of the queue despite there being no one waiting as they wouldn't let me out of the doors I excited to have my photo graph taken and be told to leave. I am not drunk merely concerned for a friend who I believed to be out the front and wasn't ( I had gone to the toilet and everyone moved ) . I am now worried for my friends whereabouts and the bouncer is fully aware of this. I am not aggressive I apologised and said I was just worried and it still lead to me being kicked out . I don't think it's on to let young girls be alone and punish them for trying to look after friends .”

“absolutely shocking customer service I went here with a group of my friends on a saturday night and the way i was spoken to was disgusting. I was at the bar when i unfortunately had my phone stolen out my pocket. I was searching around the upstairs premises in case i had dropped it and had asked the bar staff a few times if anything had been handed in. In particular i asked a girl who was working the bar upstairs and she told me to stop asking and completely dismissed me whilst using foul language that i will not repeat! I had also told the bouncers who told me to come back the next day to see if it was handed in completely unhelpful. The bouncer also told me to message the instagram account and we would get a response straight away from the owner who would try and help us but when me and my friends had messaged the account it was read and ignored along with the phone calls we had made. It was until i contacted the police that we finally got a response saying they would check CCTV but never then got back with an update like they said they would. It’s also a awful vibe and not every clean either and the attitude or the bar staff (particularly the girl that was working 17th of January up stairs in the bar ) I warn people to steer clear of this pub as a lot of theft happens here and they offer little to no help. I’ve been to liverpool a good amount of times and this was my first time visiting dirty osheas and can say i’ve never experienced anything to the sort as i have here. If you read this and do attend dirty osheas please be weary and careful of who’s around you and keep your valuables close.”
