Customer Review Summary

The full English breakfast draws the most praise, with reviewers repeatedly calling out thick bacon, quality sausages and perfectly cooked eggs, and one diner naming "The Fuller English" with fried bread and black pudding as a personal favorite. Close behind, the baked potato earns a mention as one of the best a reviewer has had, and the salted caramel milkshake gets singled out as delicious. Friendly, attentive staff and fresh food come up again and again, even when the cafe is described as busy. Cakes, cream teas and coffee also get nods, alongside outdoor seating that visitors enjoy on nice days. Pricing draws some pushback: one reviewer balked at over five pounds for a bacon and tomato roll that arrived dripping in grease and had to be binned, and another complained of paying thirteen pounds for a standard breakfast plus an extra charge for tea. Others, though, describe the prices as reasonable. Several note the cafe's small size and early closing around 2pm can mean it fills up quickly on weekends.

“This is a local cafe in Cherry Willingham at the shops and we highly recommend. The food is fresh and excellent. The drinks great especially the coffee. There are seats outside on nice days. It's only fault us it's fairly small so can get busy and closes by 2pm. On nice days at weekends maybe wish it was open a little longer for afternoon coffee/tea and cake.”

  • Paula Jones
“What a little gem of a local village cafe. Best breakfasts by far, decent fry up and the butties, yum, packed with bacon. Good price too, for a filling meal that won’t leave you hungry. Staff are amazing, friendly attentive and happy to have a chat too.”
