Customer Review Summary

The full English breakfast, served all day, is what reviewers return to most, with several calling it proper, no-frills quality for what was paid, and one praising the top quality meat. Close behind are the bacon and sausage sandwiches and the sausage, bacon and egg bap, which one regular describes as sensational on every takeaway visit. A vegan breakfast with two slices of toast gets a mention as a good plant-based choice, and another reviewer is already eyeing the filled baguettes. Service is described as friendly and accommodating, and locals and visitors alike are said to fill the room, which one reviewer calls very clean. Dog owners repeatedly note a warm welcome, including tables moved so a party could sit in and treats or biscuits handed out for their pups. No recurring complaints appear in the reviews. One visitor even used a big breakfast here to prepare for the Lincoln Ale Trail, and a number of reviewers say they plan to come back on their next trip.
