“The person I spoke to over the phone was extremely rude and dismissive\. I called with a simple request to amend my order, but they refused to help and abruptly hung up without any explanation or attempt to resolve the issue\. The complete lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable and made for a very unpleasant customer experience.”

“Having looked at photos and seen reviews i was dissapointed at size of the quarter jerk chicken meal. Lucky id ordered peri strips x 4 total 13.50 drink extra. More dissapointed as food was tasty. Now normally jerk would have a thigh and a leg decent size. I had 3 wings an anorexic leg and 2 bits of thigh. The strips was better but very thin bit dry like a normal strip been halfed. I will try to add photo”
