  “I had a disappointing experience with the management at Chilli Flames Eatery - Leicester. The restaurant manager was very rude towards a delivery driver and displayed a poor attitude during the interaction. As someone who witnessed this, I found the manager’s behavior unprofessional and disrespectful. Delivery drivers work hard and deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope management takes customer and driver feedback seriously and improves their approach to staff and delivery partners.”

  “I am disappointed with the customer service I received during my recent visit. I placed an order worth approximately £98. When I asked for chilli sauce, I was informed it was unavailable, which I completely understand and had no issue with. However, my concern was with how my food was packed. The order was placed into only two very full paper bags, with several boxes stacked on top of each other. I politely asked if it could be split into an additional bag, as I was worried the bags might tear and it would be much easier to carry. Unfortunately, my request was dismissed. To make matters worse, there were several staff members standing nearby, yet no one offered to help me carry the bags or even assist by opening the door, despite seeing that I was struggling. My disappointment is not about the amount I spent—it is about the lack of courtesy, care, and customer service. Small acts of kindness and consideration make a big difference, especially for customers who choose to support your business. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and use it to improve the experience for future customers.”

  “There is parking around the back. I didn’t know this and wouldn’t of stopped if my mate hadn’t been before and told me this Place is massive and the food is great The burger was super fresh. Nice salad and sauce. But the chicken meat sooo tasty. Tasted grilled and not just warmed up on the grill. The flavour was amazing Will come here again. Super quick service too. Keep up the great work guys”

  “Would give a zero if I could. Please don’t bother going there. Complete waste of time. We went there with family and ordered food. Was told would take 30 minutes which was fine. But after 45 minutes went to the till to ask what is happening with the order as 3 more people who ordered after us got served before us. The staff said they will go find out where things are and then get back to us. 55 minutes later with kids crying in hunger went again and asked and they assured my food is ready and being served next. Well after an hour I went again and they then realised they haven’t even started my order. The manager was well happy to serve mates and other people he knew. My frustration is, mistakes can happen but even after being patient and asking twice, no one had the decency or bother to check. Forget customer service, didn’t even have common decency. In the end, enough was enough. Family was annoyed, kids in tears we just left. It ruined our whole day. Wish we never went…..”

  “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A beautiful act of kindness! I was walking home with my baby, and it was past his feeding time. I passed several restaurants and cafés, but couldn't find anyone willing to help me heat up his purée. Then, I stepped into Chilli Flames. I had never eaten here before and felt so hesitant to walk into a restaurant just to ask for a favor without ordering anything. But a gentleman named Dee stepped up without a second of hesitation. He didn't just heat up the baby food; he warmly invited me to sit down inside, escape the intense heat outside, and take all the time I needed to feed my baby. It was such a genuinely kind gesture that reminded me humanity still exists. Dee, if you are reading this, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have no idea how much your kindness meant to a stressed mom in that moment. Because of Dee's incredible hospitality, I will definitely be coming back to eat here and ordering from them in the future. Highly recommend this place for its amazing staff!”

  “I called the restaurant prior to my arrival trying to place a dining-in order, I was refused and said that it was too busy for them to take my order. When I arrived at the restaurant I stood at the till for 10minutes and they didnt even bothered to greet me, the woman approaches after 10minutes and asks me to wait to place my order as she had to serve other customers. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Your staff needs immediate training.”

  “Please avoid! Dirty, no music (probably the music licence is way to expensive for them, therefore atmosphere 0), barely anything available from the menu (no halloumi, no chicken liver, no sweet potato fries, no prawns), very cold inside, dirty kitchen and toilets and no hair restraints were worn in the kitchen although these are mandatory in commercial kitchens to prevent food contamination!!!!”

  “I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chilli Flames Eatery, and it was a delightful experience! I ordered the chili king prawns, and they were simply amazing. The flavor was incredible, and the shells were juicy, making every bite a treat. It’s a dish I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a burst of flavor! The restaurant itself is spacious, providing a great atmosphere that’s perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. The decor is inviting, and the overall vibe makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. In addition to the fantastic prawns, the variety on the menu is impressive. The wings are nice and juicy, perfectly complemented by their flavorful sauces. The Pri Pri wedges are also a highlight—crispy and delicious! While the beef sliders were not the best, the chicken sliders were a lot better and definitely worth trying. I can’t wait to return to explore more dishes. If you’re looking for a flavorful meal in a welcoming environment, Chilli Flames Eatery is definitely worth a visit!”
