  “Can’t say I will be coming back. Service was slow and awkward. I found a hair in my food TWICEE bcs nobody in there wears a net lol. I ordered a biscoff and mini pancakes milkshake and they said it would be a ten minute extra wait and then never gave the pancakes, when I told the waitress she just stared at me lmao. I found the milkshake really watery and bland… popeyes biscoff milkshake is a lot better. Mac and cheese was also bland and watery :/ Loaded fries with duck… the duck was really overcooked but I fought through it. My sister had a stomach didnt feel that well after the breakfast xD Overall the food and service was very underwhelming for our first time here but maybe we just picked the wrong items/time … :/”

  “Brilliant service! Kiran went above and beyond to make my stay special. Whether it was organizing breakfast or helping me out with requests after hours, his service was consistently good, kind, polite, and helpful. I highly recommend asking for him—he truly cares about the guests!" This guy is excellent honestly cares so much thank you this guy even gave me extra food. Wow brilliant guy service”

  “What a wonderful meal. We treated our daughter to a meal at Bill's. We had the special Poppy's burgers and the chicken schnitzel. The meals were well presented, and cooked just as we ordered. Small error in mixing up the burgers but they immediately rectified this and we're genuinely apologetic. It was lovely to see how seriously they took food allergies. You could check all the ingredients, reassured by staff your choices were safe and your food had a little wooden flag labelled Allergies to ensure you received the right meal, drinks too. The dessert options were so tempting and incredibly delicious. Special mention for the flowerpot cheesecake, which was the perfect fonish to a lovely meal. The whole experience was completed by the amazing and attentive service from the staff. A special mention to Kiran who really gave amazing customer service, attentive to his customers need and a genuinely friendly person. I would happily recommend a meal at Bill's. Additional note, unlimited pancakes for £5 on a Friday. There was so many customers treating themselves to plate after plate of pancakes that looked amazing. We didn't have them on this occasion but do intend to treat ourselves to pancakes soon.”

  “I visited Bill’s for my birthday and had such a wonderful experience, thanks to NICOLA. From the moment we arrived, she was so warm, enthusiastic, and genuinely welcoming it really set the tone for the whole day. She took such great care of us throughout, from helping with drinks to making sure our food was perfect. Nothing felt rushed or overlooked. What really stood out was how she went the extra mile to make my birthday feel special, even bringing out the cake and creating such a lovely moment for me and my family. You can tell Nicola truly cares about giving people a great experience, and it made all the difference. We’re so grateful and hope she knows how amazing she really is!!! Thank you for making my birthday so memorable Nicola x”

  “Thanks to Sergio, we had a wonderful time at Bill's! My grandmother came to visit my city, and I wanted to take her somewhere for the best breakfast in the area. Choosing Bill's was the perfect decision. The food was absolutely delicious, and the vegetarian options were amazing, with a huge selection. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. We spent a wonderful morning with my grandmother and our little dog, and Sergio made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Sergio's customer service was absolutely amazing, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. We truly felt cared for at every turn. Even our dog tried the vanilla ice cream and was absolutely delighted! 🐶🍦 Thank you so much for making our morning so special. Sergio welcomed us wonderfully and made the whole experience unforgettable. We will definitely be back!”

  “Had such a lovely experience at this place! The dessert was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and cozy. But the biggest highlight was definitely Sergio — he was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s rare to meet someone who provides service with such genuine positivity and care. He truly made the whole experience even better. Amazing service, amazing dessert, and a fantastic overall vibe.   “Lovely decor and food is great. The waiteresses were really great and attentive. The atmosphere was ruined by the manager Sergio who was providing feedback to one of his waiteresses. He was not professional and seemed like he was throwing his weight around. He could of taken the waitress to a side were there are no customers or a staff room. No one working in a restaurant should expeirence this in front of customers. I ordered the machiate coconut latte with bills brunch breakfast. The kids ordered pancakes, and the Mrs ordered the garden brunch with a bills latte. They were all spot on.”

  “I am trying to try bottomless pancakes in cities I go to that offer them. The experience here was different. I asked for a cocktail which was sweet, but this tasted really watered down (alc. included) even before the ice melted. I came a bit early for bottomless so I had to wait. I wanted to work, I was led to a table near plugs, but the internet connection on my mobile and the WiFi was very poor. I’m not sure if that was a one off or not. But I wanted pancakes still and decided to wait, I went to the bathroom and had asked for my drink not to be served until I had returned cause I was alone, but upon returning, I saw my drink was served. I didn’t appreciate that much. When the first batch of pancakes came, they were thoroughly salty. I tried talking to someone, but they seemed a bit sarcastic. “The batter is all the same, not sure much will change” with a smug smile, even though I asked them to taste. Anyways, the next came and it was not salty. Maybe a different batter?🤷🏽‍♀️ Lastly, I was charged £24 for £5 bottomless pancakes (one round) and a glass of flavored sparkling water. That was not a cocktail. Based on this experience, this isn’t the best Bill’s I’ve been to.”

  “I tried Bill’s in Leicester for lunch with some friends, and had such a lovely experience. Our server Michael, was super kind, always checked in on us, and just made the whole visit feel really welcoming. Service was a straight 10/10 and everything came out so quickly. I went for the Eggs Royale, which was great (I just personally like a bit more seasoning and flavour), and the tropical juice was super refreshing. My friend had the chicken Caesar salad, which they enjoyed, but the croutons were a bit stale and not crunchy at all. My other friend had the steak, which could’ve used more seasoning and a bit more depth of flavour. Overall, they’d rate their meal around a 3–4/5. The menu has loads of tempting options and everything coming out of the kitchen looked delicious. The whole place has a warm, cosy vibe that makes it perfect for families, friends, or even a chilled solo lunch. Definitely a spot I’d go back to.”
