Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often come back to the coffee, with the iced flat white and an iced latte made with the shop's own brown sugar syrup named as standouts. Close behind is the friendly, smiling staff, and the vinyl records playing on real turntables, with jazz mentioned, set a chill, sociable mood that several describe as a great vibe. The cake, cookie and pastries get praise too, and one reviewer says everyone eating seemed to enjoy them. Diners also like that it is an independent shop with enough space on a Sunday afternoon, and one sat outside in the sunshine. The main reservation comes from one visitor who found the atmosphere a little flat, felt the vinyl element was not a focal point, called the decor a touch drab, and said it lacked a distinct personality to become a regular haunt. That same reviewer still rated the coffee good quality and enjoyed the cake. Another visitor said they were made to feel like part of the family on a first visit.

“I was up in Leeds for a weekend and popped by on Sunday afternoon to grab an iced coffee and soak up some sunshine sitting outside. The team, vibes and selection was lovely. I loved that they had their own brown sugar syrup which was perfect in my iced latte. The music and ambience was cool and nothing is forced. Good vibes, beautiful people and great coffee and pastries ❤️ I'll be back next time I'm in Leeds”

“My first time visiting Sunday afternoon/late on 15th June.... An absolutely amazing time. Excellent customer service and choice of coffees and food. Also a choice and alcohol as desired. An absolutely amazing vibe and atmosphere. A unique setting to both chill and relax listening to genuine vinyl music , a cross range and music tates being played on actual turntables than on dcs or piped music produced in the background. I would totally recommend visiting and not to be truly missed! Second to none friendly greeting on first visit and made to feel like part of the family and a life long regular on your first visit, encounter!😊 Definitely making this my regular place to visit and enjoy. Also in the heart of the city center! A definite must to try, though expect to be addicted respectfully!!!!😊 * Plus an independent coffee shop unlike the lager corporate house hold names?”

“When there are a lot of other options available why choose a coffee place that doesn’t have a good feel. Really enjoying a cup here.”
