  “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a fantastic day watching the football with a few pints and took advantage of the 40% off main meals voucher that was emailed through. The food was excellent and great value for money. A special mention goes to Megan, who looked after us all afternoon. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our table was always clear and that we had everything we needed. Top staff, top venue, and a brilliant atmosphere. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back.”

  “Great service, great atmosphere, decent food. Good place to play darts and pool with your friends and family. There’s always something happening during the week and on the weekend such as bands, karaoke and open mic night. Also great place to watch sports you’re interested in.”

  “Writing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Fantastic Pub – Highly Recommended! We had a brilliant experience at this pub from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and friendly, with lovely staff who went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and everything was presented beautifully. The pub was clean, well-maintained and had a great atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax with friends and family. There was a fantastic selection of drinks, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. What really stood out was the excellent customer service and the genuine hospitality. It is clear that a lot of care goes into making sure customers have a great experience. Overall, a fantastic pub with great food, drinks, service and atmosphere. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely place to enjoy a drink or a meal. Five stars all round!”

  “Always a warm welcome when you come into the highway! Service with a smile both Alex and Georgia, were very engaging with myself trying to get me to join in on there karaoke night! And Tilly who served me my food again with a smile and asking if there was anything else she could get for me!”

  “A large pub, but friendly bar staff and landlady. Surprisingly busy for a Monday afternoon. Two excellent, fresh pints of real ale - Courage Directors and Marston's Pedigree. A pub that is clearly serving the community well.”

  “Food was good and great value with the discount voucher, and this time was served reasonably quickly. The bar was really busy and only had two staff on, there was no ice apparently for the kids cokes (early Saturday evening) and they had got behind on glass washing so bar was stacked and didn’t have the right glasses for the beer, but that’s not a huge problem. The app for ordering still doesn’t have fraught cherry pepsi on it or tango even though these have been available for weeks.”

  “This pub has amazed everyone I brought to it in every category’s and this isn’t a joke The prices are very cheap in terms of pubs The staff are friendly and very helpful When you get a 40% voucher the prices are dropped from about £13 per person to about £9-£10 per person Parking is always available even on weekends and easy to park for new drivers Seating is very easy to find even on a busy Saturday from outdoor seating to booths they have it all It is very accessible to everyone of all sorts even people with pets The pub is dog friendly, accessible to disabled people, child friendly The menu varies a lot from colossal burgers you have to take apart to fit in your mouth to starters and light bites and from my look at the bar they have a wide selection of drinks (soft and alcoholic) They also have quite a few dessert options such as fruity and chocolatey desserts. I really love this pub and honestly if I could rate it higher I would. There is in general no negative part of the experience I had at the highway 02-08-26”

  “Absolutely love this pub. Great atmosphere and you feel like home. The Sunday quiz is the best we’ve ever been to. John is the reason we come because he is so funny and engaging and makes everyone’s night. Even family from London can’t wait to visit to go to another quiz. Every single staff member is fantastic and the landlady has made a local pub a fantastic place for the community. Always recommend ❤️”

  “Brilliant pub for all ages. They have bingo on a Monday and Wednesday. Food is amazing and great deals. Jo the landlady is amazing up for a laugh with anyone and very friendly and very welcoming. Laura and the staff are brilliant and very friendly and very welcoming.”
