About Atom Bar Hull
Atom Bar Hull is a bar from a Hull-born brewery, found at 38 Princes Ave in Hull. The craft beer list is displayed above the bar, and beers can be tasted before you choose. Spirits, cocktails and coffee are served alongside the beer, so the menu covers more than a pint. Patty Shack provides the food at the bar, centred on Patty Butties, including a Black Pudding & Bacon one. A braised brisket flatbread and a Korean chicken burger are also on the menu. Vegan and vegetarian options are listed too, among them a spice bag. Dogs are welcome, so you can bring yours along for a drink.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the beer selection, with several praising the craft range, the chance to taste before choosing, and ales and lagers to suit different preferences. The food comes close behind, and the patty dishes stand out: a black pudding and bacon patty butty, a chorizo pattie, and a Sunday dinner pattie with Yorkshire puddings and brisket. Others name a braised brisket flatbread, the sausage rolls, a spice bag and a Korean chicken burger. Vegan and vegetarian choices earn repeated praise, with one reviewer calling it among the best places for vegan food in Hull. Staff are described as friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The main caveat is size: the place is smallish and can get noisy when busy, and one reviewer suggests booking at peak times. One reviewer found the chicken portion in the Korean chicken burger a bit small, and another found the brewery's beers different from the usual. Several mention huge portions, and one notes the kids' chicken selects, chips and beans.

“One of the best places for vegan food in Hull. The spice bag and Korean “chicken” are incredible.”

“Have visited a few times and never disappointed. Always a great food selection, portions are huge and well presented. A huge beer selection too, so much so that I never remeber what I tried last time! Staff always friendly. Smallish place so when busy, so can be a little noisy, and worth booking if visiting at peak time. There's outdoor seating in summer too.”

“The choice of ales was really good and the food delicious. Plenty of choice for vegetarians”
- Alistair McLeod
“Main menu is great and always have interesting specials, thought the Korean chicken burger had some good flavours and a unique offering but chicken portion was a bit small. Always a good range of beers and happy to let you taste before you choose”
- Sean O'Neill
