Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often point to the seventh-floor setting, with panoramic views over the rooftops and Central Station, paired with the on-site bowling. Cocktails come close behind, described as creative, with a few sharing drinks. Among the food, diners name the nachos, the chicken salad, the burger with halloumi and a veggie breakfast, and several mention large portions, though one wanted more on the plate. Staff are repeatedly called friendly, and one reviewer notes they asked about allergies and offered oat milk for an iced latte.

“We came here for our friend's birthday. The service and hospitality was second to none. Mina, Sam and Kim went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. They made the best cocktails and made sure we were comfortable during our visit. Thank you so much for such an amazing time.”

“We went in last night for a few drinks and will definitely visit again. A hidden gem, really cool atmosphere and loved the vibe. Incredible service; staff were really friendly and efficient. Shout-out to Star on the bar; she was very friendly, bubbly, and chatty, and had us laughing away whilst serving us. We will definitely be back!”

“I had booked VEGA for bowling and drinks a couple of months in advance for my 30th birthday party. Initially, the evening was going well. My group had ordered food and drinks, and we were enjoying the venue. However, there were several issues that significantly impacted the experience. Firstly, we were seated directly beside a speaker that was excessively loud. As several people in my group are hearing impaired, I requested that the volume be reduced. My initial request was denied without explanation, although after raising the issue again, staff were eventually able to close off the problematic speaker. I was then informed that two bowling lanes were broken. This had not been communicated to me in advance. Had I known beforehand, I would have had the opportunity to choose a different venue for the event. I was also informed that only one bowling lane would be available for my group of 20 people, despite originally booking two lanes. The explanation given was that another booking had been made under the same name at the same time for a smaller group. While I appreciate mistakes can happen, the situation was confusing and was not clearly communicated to me. To the venue’s credit, after I raised my concerns, the host provided a full refund and still allowed us to bowl, which I appreciated. While I’m grateful for how the matter was ultimately handled, I wanted to formally raise these issues as they had a significant impact on what was meant to be an important celebration.”

“Came here for my partner’s birthday, 2/4 bowling lanes weren’t available. He booked for 2 lanes for his guests to play, however we weren’t able to play both lanes as someone else had one “ booked “.Suspiciously, this person booked for the same time, with the same name and surname. What are the chances that someone with the same name and surname books a place at the same time for the same activity?. I think you should investigate your staff, more precisely the person at the desk on the shift for last Saturday night,as it appears to me that someone used the double booked lane to get their friends to play bowling for free. Btw your crispy chips at £4,50 are absolutely rubbish.”
