About Lebowskis
Lebowskis is a pub on Argyle Street in Glasgow, themed around The Big Lebowski. The bar serves White Russian variations named after characters from The Big Lebowski, along with a piña colada. Burgers are the main focus of the kitchen, and the "cool intentions" burger sits among them next to an OG beef burger and a chicken burger. Chicken wings come with a mango Scotch bonnet sauce, and cauli wings are on the menu too. A wide range of vegan and vegetarian options runs through the food. Seating is a mix of leather booths and high-tops. T-shirts are on sale as souvenirs.

Customer Review Summary
Burgers draw the most praise, with diners naming the cool intentions, the hash it out, the OG beef and the wafflin' on chicken, and calling them delicious and awesome. Close behind are the sides and starters: chicken wings with mango Scotch bonnet sauce in a light crunchy batter, massive cauli wings, a spice bag, fried pickles, fries and onion rings. Reviewers also point to a wide range of vegan and vegetarian options, and one who skips buns found a bun-free chicken burger incredible. Drinks come up often, from White Russian variations named after movie characters to a piña colada one reviewer calls the best of their life. The atmosphere is described as cosy, with a great buzz that is not too loud to talk over, and the staff as friendly, welcoming and attentive without being over the top. Tables were not rushed, even when the place was mobbed. One reviewer found it really busy before a show and advises booking ahead. Another says a server recognised their food allergy.

“A warm welcome to us after a long drive and speedy meal before the ASAP Rocky gig. Myself and my son were made to feel very welcome by all the staff. Excellent service by all the hard working attentive staff, who are a real credit to your establishment. They recognised my food allergy which is very rare. Massive thanks for this. The drink was great and the food even better. Quick service. Great presentation. Tasted delicious. I took a photo to show my partner back home. So apologies its not the best photo. Highly recommended. We will be back.”

“came in on saturday night and we still can't stop talking about it! food was unbelievable, great vegan/veggie options and good portions (the cauli wings were massive!). drinks were 10/10 and the service even better. didn't catch our servers names unfortunately (lady with long dark hair and tattoos and guy with curly ginger hair) but they were smashing and made our night! they were mobbed but that did not impact the service one bit - true professionals ✨. we will definitely be back next time we're in glasgow and are spreading the word in dundee in the meantime 🫶🏻”

“We had a fantastic meal here yesterday! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was absolutely outstanding. My partner ordered the spice bag, and it was unreal. As a vegetarian, I was also really impressed by the wide range of vegan options available, which made choosing difficult in the best way! We even picked up one of the T-shirts, which is a great souvenir to remember our visit. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Glasgow. Highly recommend!”

“It all started with some pretty superhuman graft from a couple of Dudes in the Finnieston area of Glasgow. These guys grew with the vision to surprise and delight in everything Lebowskis does. Like we say, the rest is history!”
