“The battered haddock was delicious. The batter was crispy, crunchy, and light. We also got the chicken goujons and it was spiced perfectly. Lots of food for the supper portions. Took the food back to our hotel because their is only one table.”

“I’ll give it 4 stars. The fish and chips were quite tasty, but I agree with quite a few people who left reviews, the fish is extremely oily (the to-go carton box was full of oil). We also found the fish a bit dry and over cooked. Personally, I don’t eat meat so I felt a bit weird when I found out they fry the fish in some beef fat. The tartar sauce was delicious! I wouldn’t go here again because of these reasons.”

“You can’t visit Schottland and leave without having fish and chips 🍟! So, if you’re visiting Edinburgh then I would highly recommend to take your chance and have one of the best fish and chips meals I’ve ever had. The haddock is firm to the bite and really good portion! I also had the scampi with the sweet chilli sauce (which normally served with the prawns). If you’re fish lover, or have a hangover on a lazy Sunday then go for it.”
