  “Been wanting to try six by nico for a long time and was worth the wait. Becca my waitress was very attentive and friendly. Chef Christian delivered the flavour. The cavatelli was my favourite savoury but the lemon custard I did a wee happy food dance after the first spoonful. Wonderful treat”

  “This was my first time here, went for the Pasta tasting menu with cocktail pairings. Food was absolutely fantastic (thanks to our chef, Charlie!), taste unbeatable and fantastic value for money. Ambiance is beautiful and music not loud so you can actually talk and have a good time. Service was beautiful, Alfie was so nice and knowledgeable and so nice to talk to. Highly recommend.”

  “This was our first time visiting Six By Nico(5th July) and had a great time and the theming of each dish was excellent. Alfie our waiter was great and kept checking we were ok or if we needed anything else. Compliments to the chef Charlie as each dish was delicious. Thankyou”

  “Absolutely amazing culinary experience! Every single course was a treat to the taste buds and so beautifully presented. Excellent service from Praneeth who brought each offering at just the right time. Lovely welcoming front of staff and relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend Six By Nico Hanover Street and look forward to our next visit.”

  “We had a great night at Six by Nico! We ate Street Food and it actually was 10 courses! Oh my goodness it was delicious. Our Chef Charlie excelled himself from our starters to gorgeous desserts. We loved it. Our waiter Alfie was fab and so nice and helpful. Our drinks were yum and a wee treat tbh as I don't normally drink fizzy drinks. Really great and we got water for the table. Becca was a great concierge from the moment we arrived until we left. She checked in on us a few times to make sure we were all ok and took my jacket on arrival. Really great service from these guys and we really appreciated it. Thank you”

  “We went for the childhood tasting menu and matching wines. The food was very inventive takes on old school dishes. I particularly enjoyed the cheesy beans while the egg soldiers got rave reviews at our table. The chef, Owen, was able to work round allergies so everyone had a great experience. We were looked after by Praneeth who was an exceptional host, they were also very good at explaining the wine pairings that came with each dish.”

  “We visited as a group of four for the Childhood tasting experience and were warmly greeted and really well looked after by our personal waiter (I’m so sorry I forgot his name, but he was genuinely lovely). We went all in with the full tasting menu, cocktail pairings, a starter, and a bottle of prosecco. Each course was beautifully presented and introduced with a cocktail designed to complement the dish. Most of the food was creative, nostalgic, and great fun to revisit. For us, the balance between cocktails and food felt a little off. While some of the drinks were enjoyable, a couple were extremely sweet and quite heavy especially the Cherry Coke Float and the red cocktail topped with candy floss. By the end, several of us couldn’t finish them, which felt like a shame in terms of both waste and cost. The fish course was the only dish that didn’t quite land. It was certainly more refined than a standard fish dish, but it didn’t capture the memory, taste, or texture of a fish‑finger sandwich as described. It was cooked well, but it lacked the playful nostalgia that made the other courses so enjoyable. The main and dessert were excellent, and overall we had a fabulous time together, enjoying the creativity and childhood throwbacks. We just feel the fish dish and a couple of the cocktails could be refined to better complement the experience.”

  “This was our second time at 6 by Nico. My best friend and I jumped to the occasion when we received the email advertising the Seoul Menu. We're both very fond of Korean food, it's a special thing for us, and we were delighted by the experience last night. Alfie, our host, was very attentive and helpful, walking us through each meals with knowledge and enthusiasm. Everything dish was flavourful, balanced, carefully curated and thought of, a wonderful blend of traditional/highlights of Korean food and refined approach to them. Kuddos to the chefs for this tour de force! Thank you for this lovely dinner. We'll be back 😊 .”

  “Lovely atmosphere, good is outstanding. We have been several times and always leave with full stomachs and very impressed. They have a certain skill of creating dishes you couldn’t even imagine, out of foods you wouldn’t think of, and make them into something absolutely delicious! I have never left here disappointed. Highly recommend. Alfie our server was so polite and kind, he made us feel so welcome and was super friendly!”
