  “We all had a fantastic time at Maple Tree this morning. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the food was really good. Steph was very helpful and told us about the other events that are happening there. Thank you all for making our Halloween morning enjoyable!   “Always a great visit. We came for dinner tonight and live on the plantation. We’ve never had a bad meal, everyone’s friendly and a huge bonus for us is it’s dog friendly! Andy S served us tonight, very friendly and checked in with us that everything was good with our meals 🙂 We will be back”

  “Birthday celebration here with family. The restaurant was very busy however didn’t wait long at all for our food, which were all delicious. There was so many offers on which made it all great value for money. We had reserved a table which I would recommend as it was quite busy for a week day, however did not affect the service and wait time on our visit. A lovely cosy pub with a restaurant and also freshly refurbished. We were introduced to Steph who took care of us the whole time we were there, we didn’t expect any table service but she went above and beyond to service us throughout. As it was a Wednesday we were told it was free pool all day so after our dinner we all went into the bar area to continue celebrations. The bar area is fantastic and great it’s separate from dining. The great service continued even though we were in the bar and Steph organised a birthday song to play through the speakers which was a very nice touch. 100% recommend this place.”

  “always a great experience at the tree, almost like a second home. Perfect place to come and let your hair down. Staff are pleasant and welcoming, especially Sam who is always extra attentive! Limes with the Sol everytime”

  “I went today with my kids for a pizza making class, it was very well thought out and the kids really enjoyed it. The man Andy who ran it was very patient and involved. He made all the kids feel welcome. Would recommend and go again. The put itself was very family friendly and welcoming. The staff are polite and the food was good. We will be going again!”

  “Brilliant pub and my favourite! Atmosphere is fantastic and staff are friendly. Sam and aprille are great and very helpful. Always serving with a smile and chatty. Food is really delicious and drinks are always looking spot on at ge maple tree. 100% would recommend!”

  “We visited Maple Tree in early November. Upon arrival it wasn’t too busy there were a few people in but we could easily find a table. We looked through the menu and at the time of our visit a festive menu was on the table to look through. Seeing as it was on the table we assumed we could order from it however once reaching the bar to place the order we were told it wasn’t available to order from. Not entirely sure why it was on the table if you can’t order from it, must have been an early “Christmas decoration”. This was a downside as the man behind the bar didn’t really explain why it was there just that it was and it was to show you what you could order nearer to Christmas? Having placed an order for food and drinks it didn’t take too long before the food came out. The lady who served us was very pleasant, perhaps she heard my disappointment when questioning the Christmas menu so our experience did improve from there. The food was decent enough typical pub grub opted for the hunters chicken and it was nice. While at the Maple Tree the atmosphere was okay it wasn’t too loud so it allowed us to chat freely. My overall experience of the pub was okay, we tend to use the pub now and again as it’s a local to us. I do think however the menu choices have gone a bit downhill over the years, but it’s alright if you want a quick bite to eat of pub grub and not expecting anything amazing. During our visit some staff members were nice but others could improve unless we caught them on an off day. We will still continue our visits now and again as it’s for convenience more than anything.”
