  “We attended a Sunday afternoon music session, Eba Sallah playing, from start to finish it was fantastic. We were greeted with a smile and a welcome drink, shown to our prebooked table. The music was fantastic, the drinks were flowing and very reasonably priced. We danced, everyone danced, and had a fabulous time, looking forward to the next afternoon session. Check out the website & socials for artists, they also do some Fridays & Saturdays too if you like an evening, Thank you Kava for a great afternoon”

  “What an absolute gem of a place for delicious food and fabulous drinks. We were treated to lunch there by my sister who’s a regular visitor & we can see why. The staff were very welcoming & despite being very busy were calm, friendly & helpful. Everything on the menu looked tasty & we had food envy watching all the dishes being served to folk near to us. Our lunch didn’t disappoint, it was great, freshly prepared & delicious. The chef tweeted the panini to accommodate our food choice which we really appreciated. We saw all the different events they host each month. What a great find. We recommend you seek it out as you won’t be disappointed. We will certainly be back. Thanks”

  “Kava Coffee Bar is a fantastic place with a wide range of food and drinks to choose from. Whether you're after a brunch dish, a coffee, a sweet treat, or one of their delicious milkshakes, there's something for everyone.My favourite thing is the hunters chicken panini! The staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. During the day, it has a relaxed and chilled-out atmosphere that's perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet drink. I also attended a private party there, which showed a completely different side of the venue. The space can be booked for events, and with their great cocktail deals and lively atmosphere, it's ideal for celebrations too. It's like getting two venues in one—perfect for both relaxed daytime visits and fun evening events. Highly recommend!”

  “I had such a great experience here. I went with my baby for some lunch and all the staff were so helpful making sure I had a highchair and all making a fuss of her so I could eat my food. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The portions were very generous. The cake and cookies they sell are also delicious. Must recommend the cumin latte! Very much looking forward to my next vist. Thank you to all the staff it was a lovely afternoon.”

  “All of the staff were very kind and friendly, very welcoming. Immediately made me feel relaxed. The atmosphere shifts to a livelier social venue. They frequently host live music, bottomless drink events, and themed nights. It is a lovely place for catch-ups and it is also dog friendly. The food is amazing and you’ve always got to try one of their delicious cakes! I will definitely be coming back xx”

  “Booked Kava for a private event for a baby shower. The staff went above and beyond and were so helpful in seeing up and clearing away. The afternoon tea was amazing and they catered for diet allergies brilliantly. Thank you so much guys xx🩵xx”

  “I had my baby shower at Kava and from start to finish it was amazing. Nat and Debs were really accommodating for all we needed, staff on the day were quick and friendly. I was stressed about half an hour set up and it was all the time we needed, pack down was quick too. Thanks so much !!!”

  “Visited here as a party of 9. The cafe was packed as we got there plus there was an Easter competition on so the queues for it were out the door at one point . The staff were absolutely amazing, polite, friendly and so professional, I really couldn’t fault them today or any other day I go in to be fair . The food for all of us arrived at the same time, piping hot and tasted fantastic. Not one complaint from the whole party . The staff did so well for saying there was only 3 on and the place being so busy. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone for any small occasion. It’s got a fab atmosphere as well . Well done Kava 10/10. 5 stars”

  “This is such a gem of a place. We hosted a friend's baby shower here and can't thank the team enough. We had afternoon tea for both adults and children, The food was really nice and laid out lovely. The table was ready and was able to go in early to decorate. We were also give a table for presents and a table to put the cake which was really good as some places don't give you that. The service was really good, felt well looked after and not forgotten despite the place being busy. I can't recommend enough and will be going here again. Thank you to all the team for helping make our day special. (nb the photos don't do it justice.)”
