  “The food was hit and miss lamb ribs way over cooked so.e foods where good ut they left food to be dried by the heat lamps in parts food not being kept tuned over so the char sui pork was dry and hard the muscles had a weird taste to them possible fresh water ones form Taiwan Yuk Squid over cooked and the guy looked miserable sushi was OK but clearly cheap mainly crabstick filled Lasagna wasn't nice my friends had it It was mainly cheaply made low Quality food very hit and miss bear be is to try small amounts or wait for the dish tpu want to be refilled The deserts were good I will say Had a good deal.on bottled beer 4 for £12 They need a soft drinks refill price added As for service the floor staff were excellent What let it down was the girl on the till as we paid to leave seemed very rude to Staff And spoke to a customer in the same manner We will visit again as all.places have off days and fingers crossed thus was one Hoping I can rewrite thus review with a better outcome”

  “⭐ 1 star — Extremely disappointing Honestly, this was one of the most disappointing buffet experiences I’ve had. The biggest issue wasn’t even the quality of the food it was the basic hygiene standards. A lot of the food was cold when it should have been hot, which is completely unacceptable for a buffet. Even more concerning was the cross-contamination between serving utensils. Utensils were being used across different dishes, which is a serious hygiene concern, particularly for anyone with food allergies. The dessert section was honestly shocking. I watched children picking sweets up with their hands and putting them back, as well as putting their hands into the chocolate fountain. There seemed to be very little intervention from staff to stop this. A buffet is obviously going to be busy and messy at times, but there is absolutely no excuse for allowing customers especially children to handle food that other people are then expected to eat. For the prices being charged, I expect hot food, clean serving equipment and basic food hygiene to be taken seriously. Unfortunately, none of that was the case during my visit. I certainly won’t be rushing back, and based on what I witnessed, I’d strongly suggest management take a serious look at the hygiene standards rather than treating this as normal buffet behaviour.”

  “We arrived at 5pm with a booking and was seated quickly. The service was incredible, staff checking on us frequently. Food was out of this world, so much variety for different taste buds. It was all clean, it was our 4th time visiting and we will definitely be going back!”

  “It was ok. But wasn't overly impressed to be honest. Ordered a large pepsi which was flat. The quality of food wasn't that great to be honest, and neither was the choice. This is when compared to competitors such as Cosmo world buffet in Liverpool. Décor was nice though and the service was good. The labelling of food items was poor and needs to be improved. In many cases it was not clear which dish was which due to the unclear labelling. This would particularly affect those with allergies or other dietary restrictions. I left feeling that it wasn't good value for money. It seems that whilst higher priced than it's other competitors, the quality and choice is lower than what I've had elsewhere. I have been to several world buffets so it's not like this has been my only experience of this type of venue. The other people in my party said the same. I would not return.”

  “We had a great time here, with my family, glad to book, due to being fairly busy for a Wednesday night, but there was so much great food! Really tasty, and not salty, with loads to choose from, just make sure you save some room for pudding! Love to see more of these restaurants down in Kent...”

  “Excellent place to visit and eat. Went here for the first time on Saturday 28Sep 2025. The staff were great really friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic, freshly made. The chef was cooking steak and squid which great to watch and was very professional. I would highly recommend popping in here for a bite to eat. Excellent!!!! The Sushi bar was amazing, so I tried it for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised, it was really good. You need to try Panda Mami it's Amazing !”

  “lovely food, service was very nice and prompt, tables where clean and plates cleared quickly. Some dishes weren’t available but that didn’t impact the experience at all, still 50/60 still available, food stations were also kept clean soo overall very nice experience. There was a lot of veggie and vegan options as well with no cross contamination of tongs! Pictured below is veggie plates x”

  “I recently visited Panda Mami Asian Buffet, and honestly, it was a solid experience that I’d recommend to anyone craving a wide range of Asian flavors. First off, the selection was impressive. The sushi was surprisingly decent for a buffet (not gourmet, but fresh enough), and the seafood section had crab legs on weekends, which was a nice treat. The ambiance was casual but clean. It’s not a fancy place, but the dining area was tidy, and plates were cleared quickly by attentive staff. Service was efficient, though not overly chatty — which is fine at a buffet. The price felt fair, around $20–25 per person for dinner, depending on the day. For the sheer variety, I felt like I got my money’s worth. Why not five stars? A couple of the hot dishes, like the sweet & sour chicken, were a bit soggy, and the dessert section was pretty basic (mostly supermarket-style cakes and soft-serve ice cream). But overall, the experience was tasty, satisfying, and left me wanting to come back. If you’re looking for a relaxed, no-fuss place to overload on sushi, dumplings, and your favorite Asian comfort foods, Panda Mami is definitely worth a try.”

  “Super busy for mid week. We were very fortunate to get a table. We hadn't booked as it was a last minute decision. As an all you can eat it was very good from sushi to Indian to Chinese and a very good selection of sweets. Excellent quality we will definitely be returning. Cost was around £24 each which is slightly more than you pay for at lunch. Tandoori chicken was excellent as was the Thia Beef and the salt and pepper chips. Staff were really nice and sociable. Would definitely recommend if your in the Chester locality. We were over full and slepted well after our meal at Panda Mami. Many thanks to all the staff who looked after us.”
