  “We went to this place for breakfast bas e in google reviews. The place looks really fancy from inside and really is a great place . However the food quality is very poor. Smoothie was not freshly made. Granola and yogurt was only yogurt with little granola sprinkled in top. Scrambled egg is not freshly made. We complained about food quality and no one came to speak about what was wrong. After all that we got the invoice with service charge included. Very poor customer service for the price charged. I would recommend exploring local small cafe in Chester.”

  “Cosy Club Chester is located in a stunning building in the Coachworks Arcade. The restaurant feels really cool and unique, with comfortable seating, classy furniture and vibes. The huge windows, overlooking the city with fantastic views, the interior reminds me a lot of what I’d expect from the Loungers chain of cafe/bars, which are owned by the same company; some parts, including the toilets, were indistinguishable. It feels like the classy, more grown-up sibling, but both are great in their own individual ways. It was fairly quiet when I visited, so I was able to get seated and served pretty quickly without a reservation. Despite visiting at dinner on a Thursday, the staff member who served my table was polite and friendly and delivered good service. I would have liked to see more variety on the gluten-free dinner menu, but there were still some nice options, including steak, chicken and burgers. I went for the GF Cosy Smashed Burger today; the highlight of the burger was the double beef rib patty; the meat was so flavoursome and juicy, I liked it a lot. I also liked the quality of the fillings, including the bacon jam, onions and lettuce. It could have been better, though, as I wasn’t a fan of the burger bun, and I feel American cheese would have been better as the cheddar was a little strong for my liking, but all in all, it was a good burger, and I’d order it again with modifications. The fries were fine, they were hot, and the portion was good, although I’ve had better. I do like this Cosy Club location a lot. There are many good things, and despite a couple of smaller issues, I would return.”

  “Amazing food as always! I often come here and everything is always spot on. I do find that sometimes service can be a little slow, but that doesn't bother me too much, given how great the food and atmosphere is. I definitely recommend this place.”

  “The food was great and the venue is beautiful… but honestly, this review is all about LENNY!!! We were a hen party of 30 women (yes… THIRTY 😅), and Lenny handled us like an absolute pro. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, upbeat, and genuinely lovely — nothing was too much trouble. What really blew us away? He somehow remembered everyone’s orders — including individual drinks — and when it came to splitting the bill at the end, he handled it flawlessly. No stress, no confusion… just pure professionalism with a smile the whole night. Lenny worked so hard and kept the best attitude throughout — he completely elevated the entire experience for all of us. Honestly, Lenny is in a league of his own. He should be running his own hospitality training school… and any restaurant owner would be mad not to send their staff to him for premier-level service training”

  “Lenny, our server, was just absolutely amazing. We were a group of around 30 people and he kept on top of everything, checked in with us all frequently and smiled the whole way throughout. Food was delicious too! Could not have asked for a better experience - thank you Lenny!”
