  “Biscoff milk syrup was completely forgotten, after speaking to them they only offered to give a refund for the cost of the milk syrup. Which in my opinion is not quite fair as the milk syrup is an essential pairing component for the milk cake specifically after spending so much on the full item and not being served properly for a takeaway order is quite upsetting.”

  “I had a really lovely experience at Heavenly Desserts. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and the place was very clean and well presented. The desserts were absolutely delicious and everything came out quickly, which made the whole visit even better. A special thank you to Doha who served us. She was so sweet, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. She made us feel really comfortable and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness and positive attitude really stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the food was tasty, the service was fast, and the environment was great. I’ll definitely be coming back again!”

  “A lovely place for a treat dessert. Good service and selections on the menu. Servers were polite and friendly and were quick to take orders and serve the food. Delicious! Bathroom for those with mobility issues is on the ground floor and a separate bathroom on the 1st floor. Will definitely be back again. Thank you”

  “Loved the desserts over here. The presentation was excellent. Hygiene was maintained. My order was taken by Vishnu. I enjoyed the Iced Spanish Latte. It was so nice and refreshing. Just wow. I also took pistachios and white chocolate on waffle dessert. I liked it. It was so different and very filling too. However, it was average. It was not what I will order in my next visit. The entire staff was very polite and welcoming. I will definitely try some crepe here next time when I will visit Cardiff.”

  “My favourite place to eat sweet food in Cardiff!! The portions are big and the taste is amazing. Also the staff is very nice and friendly and the place is beautiful inside. I recommend it to all my friends!!”
