Customer Review Summary
The live band is the main draw, with reviewers describing popular songs played to a singing crowd, people dancing on tables, and a band that takes requests. Close behind is the staff. A host outside and a server are repeatedly singled out as friendly and welcoming, one seating guests right in the middle, another giving drink recommendations, and a team member who checked everywhere for a lost bag. Cocktails are called superb, and one reviewer enjoyed a glass of cider. The weaker reports centre on bottomless brunch. One reviewer found the drinks watery with little variety, the music deafening enough that the table had to scream, and an avocado toast that arrived as a single cold, soggy slice, leaving them to buy a meal elsewhere. Another, who found the food and drink good, called the camping chairs and tables uncomfortable, with no clear view of the stage. One parent describes a graduation night where the parents who joined in the dancing were cheered on.

“We partied in Piano Works following my daughter's graduation. It was the best night out I've had in a long time. The vibe was amazing, with popular songs performed by a live band, everyone singing and dancing on tables. Even us parents joined in and were cheered on. What a send off!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Popped into Piano Works while visiting Cardiff and had such a great experience. The atmosphere was brilliant, but what really stood out was the customer service from Leon. He was so friendly, welcoming and genuinely accommodating from the moment we arrived. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and he made us feel really looked after. It’s rare to come across someone who has such a naturally warm and positive presence, and it really made our visit even more enjoyable. A huge credit to the team – we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Cardiff!”
