About Barbara's Bier Haus Cardiff
Barbara's Bier Haus Cardiff is an après ski-themed bar in Cardiff, at 4-6 Mill Ln, with beer towers and 2-pint steins at the centre of the drinks list. Beer and cider are served in steins, and the towers are made for groups, including a tower of 7 pints at happy hour. Bottomless brunch includes cocktails, draught beer and cider, and each guest gets a welcome bottle of prosecco once seated. Pizza is part of that brunch, with one per person, and it can be pre-ordered. Hot dogs sit alongside the pizzas on the food menu. Seating is in booths, which gives groups their own space to settle in. The bar also runs live music, DJs, music bingo and quiz nights.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often return to the bottomless brunch, praising the generous cocktail selection alongside draught beer and cider, with a welcome bottle of prosecco and pizzas that can be pre-ordered. Beer towers come close behind, including a tower of seven pints and the Sex On The Peaks tower, which reviewers link to happy hour value. Pizzas, including the Italian, and hot dogs also draw praise, along with steins and a lively party atmosphere with current music at a good volume. Service is described as friendly and fast even when busy, with servers who come around often to offer more drinks and bar staff who keep things swift. The one recurring snag is small: one reviewer was disappointed that the kitchen ran out of pretzels and chilli beef, though the cocktails still made the visit worthwhile. Another says the theming is not as central as promised. Several describe a welcome from the door staff and a manager who remembers regulars' usual orders.

“I’m a regular at Barbara’s. The door staff are always so welcoming, especially Fabio and Daf on the front door. Manager Coco and supervisor George are always so friendly to me and remember my usual. They have the best staff and the value for drinks is excellent! The best bar in Cardiff !”

“Wow! All I can say is that everything is nothing short of impeccable! The staff were super lovely and always happy to accommodate where possible! The food was delicious, I particularly enjoyed the Italian pizza 🍕 I highly recommend coming to this venue, both solo and with friends! it’s always such a joy any time of day! My favourite drink HAS to be the Sex On The Peaks tower! incredible drink for incredible value (only £20 on happy hour) 💙”

“Great value. £30 bottomless with a decent selection of cocktails, draught beer and cider, also a bottle of prosecco to welcome you once seated. You can pre-order your pizza. As a group of 4, we had one pizza each, which was more than enough. Seren was great, came around often to ask if you wanted more drinks.”

“Our Cardiff server Leah on Saturday afternoon was the best we’ve ever had for Bottomless Brunch, she was patient attentive fun and helpful. She deserves positive recognition! Pizzas were hot fresh delicious. Cocktails were chilled freshly made and fast flowing . Cider and lager was chilled in funky Barbara’s steins. The music was current and perfect volume. The setting in booths was authentic and the atmosphere was fun. All in all top class and for only £30 the best value and best experience in town. We’ll defo be back thank you so much Leah x”
