  “SO RIDICULOUSLY OVER PRICED Also, if you leave (after paying £15(!!) entry) you are not allowed back in without paying again. Absolutely ludicrous, will not be coming back and I strongly suggest to others you dont either. £10 for a double??? Get out If I could rate 0 Stars I would!”

  “The staff are lovely, even when it’s incredibly busy, the hosts were constantly checking our table to ensure we were all good or if we needed anything. The bouncers are polite and professional. It can get a little stuffy inside but the music is a vibe and so are the people. Will definitely go again!”

  “Went here to see a musician they had announced was performing, although he never came out and the staff had no idea he was even performing, which was very misleading. As soon as we got there the ticket lady at the front was unfriendly and rude. Went inside and the bouncer was trying to force me to put my sweater in the cloakroom even though I was cold and wanted to wear it. The whole time you feel like you are being monitored and watched by the staff. Drinks here are 12 GBP which are tiny and watered down. The only reason I give this place a star is because the music was decent...”

  “I have come to this place twice and the service was wanting. Yesterday however, was very disturbing. We arrived as a group of 11 and it took them more than an hour to seat us at the stairs near the toilet. We didn’t quite get it yet,till the waitress that seemed very displeased to take our order came serve us. She disappeared for the next 30- 45 mins only to be serving these 2 particularly other tables that came after us. Since we were celebrating our friend’s birthday we ordered a bottle of Hennessy among other drinks, knowing it comes with that glamorous presentation of a (sparkling candle) and all. To our disappointment, she just brought the bottle and damped it at the table and walked off to serve others. I walked to the bar and inquired why our drink wasn’t brought to us the way they were presenting to the others, I was ignored and not given any explanation. This left us feeling very uncomfortable, feeling out of place and questioning if we were in the right place. Overall, the difference in treatment between our table and others was very noticeable and unacceptable. As a result, I do not feel confident returning to your venue in the future, nor would I recommend it to friends or family. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these inconsistencies in service to ensure all customers are treated equally.”

  “The bouncers are appalling, gripping young girls up and pushing them. Got charged twice for entry as they scanned out tickets and then charged us. Manager Leah doesn’t help customers in the slightest. Won’t be returning”

  “am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this venue on New Year’s Eve. We purchased pre-9pm tickets, which in itself felt misleading, as the club was virtually empty at that time. When we arrived, the situation was handled poorly and unprofessionally by the manager, Leah. Rather than addressing the issue politely or offering a reasonable solution, we were told we had to pay an additional £20. During this interaction, she stated, “we don’t need your money,” while laughing, which was entirely inappropriate and disrespectful. What is particularly unacceptable is the inconsistency in how policies were enforced. Multiple tables arrived well after 9pm—some by nearly an hour—yet were not charged any additional fee. This demonstrated a clear lack of fairness and professionalism. As a regular customer, I was extremely disappointed by the standard of service. The staff overall were rude throughout the evening, and the venue was significantly overpriced for the quality of experience provided. Due to how this situation was handled, I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this venue to others.”

  “Very rude staff paid £500 for a table, had 2 of our people kicked out. Lady named Alicia black hair short kicked us off the table straight after we finished our drinks. Very disrespectful, kicked our friend out for drinking out the bottle. Not happy at all, I wouldn’t recommend at all whatsoever.”

  “The security guys at the entrance are extremely rude and unprofessional. Always looking to start fights with their customers who come for a good time out. One particular white bouncer with a ginger beard should be careful as he’s pissed a whole lot of people who visit this club. Overall , I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone looking for a good time out. Visit Boho instead and have a great night out.”
