About Paper Mill
Paper Mill is a Greene King pub in Bury on Little 66, with an attached children's soft play area called the Wacky Warehouse. Families can let children play there while they eat, and a membership is available for regular visitors. Friday nights bring a disco to the Wacky Warehouse. On the menu, the Full Monty Mixed Grill comes with a breakfast gravy, and the Tingly Ted burger sits alongside it. Daily deals run through the week. The pub sits next door to a Travelodge, so hotel guests eat their evening meals and breakfast here. Orders can be placed by QR code or through the pub's app, which carries its own discounts. The pub is open daily.

Customer Review Summary
Families return for the attached Wacky Warehouse play area, where reviewers describe the soft play and the Friday night discos as fun and lively, and credit the staff running it with keeping things clean and safe for children, including one with a SENd child. Close behind is the food, called good value and filling, with the Full Monty Mixed Grill and the tingly ted burger named, plus a breakfast praised by guests staying at the neighbouring Travelodge. Servers are repeatedly called friendly and attentive, and one diner was glad to be told about app discounts. The criticism is specific. One reviewer describes staff swearing and arguing in front of customers and children, with a bar worker saying she was going to kill someone, and waiting 30 minutes for a tap water. The same reviewer found the chip portions small, and another found the egg yolks slightly hard and the signature breakfast gravy ordinary. Others favour mushrooms over peas on the mixed grill.
