Customer Review Summary
Breakfast plates are what reviewers return to, above all the pancakes, described as extremely fluffy, with a vegan version that one diner says no one would guess was vegan. Close behind is the full English, where the toast, black pudding and hash browns draw praise, along with eggs florentine, huevos and hot honey halloumi tacos. Coffee, tea and juices are also called good, and portions are described as massive and filling. The retro 60s, 70s and 80s feel and the music choice come up repeatedly in praise of the atmosphere. Staff are described as friendly and accommodating, and one diner with allergies says they were made to feel welcome. The main complaint is waiting: one reviewer waited a long while to be seated after scanning a QR code and again for the food, and several suggest booking in advance because of queues. Even that reviewer says the fluffy pancakes mostly made up for it.

“Amazing place to start your Brighton tour with lots of Halal options! They have both indoor and outdoor seating, but during the heatwave the indoor area is definitely the better choice as they have AC. The playlist was great and the 80s vibe made the atmosphere even better. Cheers to Alfie for being fantastic.”

“The food was simply excellent, the menu had so many good options to choose from and the entire group were happy with their food and said they could eat it again (if we were not full already). Service was excellent and our server matty was incredibly friendly and had an excellent sense of humour that made the entire dining experience enjoyable. Would definately reccomend (especially the hot honey hallumi tacos).”
