As tourists visiting the UK, we were pleasantly surprised that this was the only place where we were offered water without having to ask for it — such a simple gesture, but it made us feel genuinely welcomed\. A special mention to **Natasha**, who was incredibly kind, warm and generous with us\. Her friendly attitude and excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable\.
