  “Amazing food! Genuinely some of the best ramen we have ever had and it arrived very quickly. The servers are lovely and the restaurant itself is very cute with lovely lighting from the skylight. Must visit!”

  “I had a lovely time at Tonkotsu for lunch today, where I had the Tonkotsu ramen. It tasted great, and the service was even better. I was served by Anna and she was so hospitable, friendly, and made my experience that much better. I will definitely be coming back.”

  “Staff are so friendly and welcoming location is perfect and the food is speaks for itself just ordered a couple of small plates but they were anything but, small plates big flavour will definetely be trying the rest of the menu very soon. Thank you to the staff most welcoming.”

  “Delicious food! We were so hungry and this was absolutely divine. Georgia was so lovely and surprised us with the most delicious cauliflower wings. Couldn’t recommend this place more! Also loved the playlist ❤️😊”

  “Amazing ramen store! The ramen is al dente. The broth is thick and flavourful! Perfect portion size for ladies but might be small for men. We ordered a beef tongue as a share side. Our only complaint is that it’s not hot enough but other than that everything is perfect! Staffs are friendly and always have smile on their faces:)”

  “Kaitlyn and Danny were impeccable with their service. It was my first time having ramen and I heavily appreciated the friendliness off the staff. The chilli chicken ramen was superb, and had a nice kick to it. My partner had the tokyo, the pork was cooked well. Staff we're very kind when explaining the student deals too! Would recommend and will definitely be coming again!”

  “A good place to visit if you fancy an authentic Tonkotsu Ramen. Whether for lunch or dinner, a quick bite or taking your time with friends this place does not disappoint. The staff are lovely and chatty and there isn’t too long to wait for your steaming ramen”

  “Went here for a birthday dinner and had a lovely time!! The staff were so lovely and the food was so good. Defo recommend the rainbow salads - very refreshing. Georgina was very sweet (I hope that’s her name 🥹). She really went above and beyond for the birthday dinner and it was so nice. Would defo go back 💖”

  “Had such a great experience at Tonkotsu Ramen Brighton! We tried the spicy ramen and the miso ramen (chicken and mushroom), along with chilli tofu and dumplings, and everything was absolutely delicious. The food tasted really fresh and full of flavour. Service was fantastic too Georgia and Katline were both so welcoming and attentive, which made the whole visit even better. Definitely recommend if you're looking for tasty ramen and a great atmosphere!”
