  “This was our first time of ordering food from this company. It was early hours (12.30am) & my usual take aways were no longer delivering. The food arrived fairly quickly and was absolutely delicious. Ordered 2 kebabs and a cheese burger meal and all of the food was fantastic. The kebabs (chicken & lamb) were lovely, good quality meat, salad, etc and the burger was also really great. The size of the kebabs were way bigger than I expected (ordered small) and the price was very reasonable. When delivery was less than £1 that just topped it off. Finally the driver was friendly and very polite. What more can I say, we will definitely be ordering again and we are very happy customers. Highly recommend.”

  “Ordered chip and meat kebab and got a chicken doner and no chips then when I called to tell them they said I’d ordered the chicken kebab when I know full well I didn’t say that and then they put the phone down and was really rude about it! Won’t be ordering from here again gone downhill and the man doing the orders over the phone is super Rude! Terrible service…”

  “I recently visited AA Charcoal grill kebab shop and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food. Every ingredient tasted fresh, from the crisp, vibrant vegetables to the perfectly seasoned and grilled meats particularlythe chicken shish. You can truly taste the difference that fresh ingredients make, and it elevates their dishes far above the standard fast-food experience. Highly recommended for anyone craving a fresh and flavorful meal!”

  “Popped into AA Charcoal Grill and was really impressed. The quality of the food was spot on, and they definitely don't skimp on the portion sizes—you get a proper amount for what you pay. Really tasty, good value, and hit the spot perfectly. Will definitely be coming back again.”

  “Found mould on my cheesy chips. When I took it back, staff got defensive and tried to say it was from the box instead of admitting the issue. Really disappointing way to handle a genuine complaint. I didn’t “not like” the cheesy chips. The issue was the visible mould on the cheese. I brought it back immediately and your staff became defensive, picked the mould out in front of me, and threw it away instead of properly addressing the complaint. Please do not lie and say I said “it’s fine.” One colleague was literally telling the other not to remake it and instead tried offering extra cheese on the same plate as compensation. I also did not walk out with the food or continue eating it. I threw it in the bin in front of you because nobody was acknowledging the mistake. I’ve eaten here before without issues, which is why this experience and the response were disappointing.”

  “I placed an order with this restaurant on the just eat app and it there said chicken nuggets, chips + drink and all I received was a small box of six nuggets and one single chip Now I understand this is down to the app but the restaurant should keep in contact with the app to make sure that their information is accurate but until then I'm not ordering from these guys which is a shame because I did have a lot of great meals from them in the past.”

  “Walked in off the street post-pub. Friendly staff, fast service, took the time to ask if I wanted pickled peppers or not. Food was hot, salad was fresh and crisp, lamb doner tasted like lamb, chicken doner was smoky and moreish. They make their own chilli sauce. I'll say that again. They make. Their own. Chilli sauce. And its delicious. Literally the best kebab ive had in a decade. Generous too. Will go again.”

  “Very disappointing, bad quality food and way overpriced for what you are getting. A large doner wrap is £9.90 which is the same price as the price in London! Wrap was horrible. No taste, cold meat and also very slow service for so called "fast food restaurant". I also ordered a portion of regular chips, which were £2.90. Chips were dry and had no salt on them. Also, when placing an order nobody asked us if we are eating in or ordering a takeaway. They folded chips in a bag, which was really impractical to eat. NO SAUCE WITH CHIPS!! Ended up throwing unseasoned and dry chips with no sauce in the trash. I don't recommend this place at all. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself a headache of eating poor quality dry, tasteless and overpriced junk.”
