  “Considering the shop is in the city centre, the prices of food is very reasonable. Food was fresh and did taste good. Staff were polite. Place was clean when I went. Also what I did like very much was that they have disposable cutlery aswell as steel, so you have choice rather then seeing suspected unwashed cutlery like some other food outlets.”

  “This place is a fantastic Palestinian gem in the city centre of Birmingham. They give you a delicious lentil soup and corn and bread while you wait for your order to be prepared at no cost. I found the soup exceptional in taste and very nurturing to taste. Please go and try for yourselves. Big portions of delicious food 😋 😍 👌 x”

  “Tried falafel wrap multiple times it was very tasty and sufficient quantity for one time meal. Every time they freshly prepared (fried) after taking the order. That itself is bets part apart from taste.”

  “Went here with a friend and honestly, I was very disappointed. The bread wasn’t fresh, it tasted like cheap, store-bought bread and had a noticeable preservative smell. The aluminium foil sticking to the bread made it awkward and unpleasant to eat. Yes, it was £7, but that doesn’t justify the quality. I’ve had much better shawarma in Smethwick for around £10 with fresh ingredients. I’d rather pay slightly more for proper quality. The meat was a bit salty and dry, which didn’t help. Overall, I wouldn’t come back. The only positive is that I didn’t have any stomach issues afterwards.”

  “Service is excellent here. Staff will welcome you as you come in, answer any questions and make sure everything is as you want it. The shop is also very clean and the atmosphere is lovely and enjoyable. Music is also really good and at a decent volume. Service is quick and efficient. Chicken shawarma is really nice, with fresh vegetables and a really nice garlic sauce. Meat is a tad on the dryer side but verything comes together really nicely, and for the price the shawarma portion size is really good. The only area to improve is increasing the amount of chips in the meal option but besides that everything is great! Definitely worth a visit and will definitely return!”

  “Visited while shopping in the city centre. The place is clean and has a good selection to choose from. The wraps themselves were okay, but not great. There was very little meat, especially considering the £7 price tag. It would be better if they used khobez instead of standard tortilla wraps.. Another issue was the foil sticking to the wrap, which made it difficult to peel off and made the experience less enjoyable. Overall: 5/10.”

  “Very lovely place I highly recommend it, it’s got vegetarian options as well. Their shawarma is very juicy and fresh. The portions size are big. They design makes you feel your in the Arabian market.”
