  “I had a great time at Nando’s. I visited yesterday to celebrate my birthday with my friend, and the experience was fantastic. The customer service was excellent, especially from Lyla. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant and enjoyable visit. I would like to say a big thank you to Lyla for her outstanding customer service. She is a real credit to the team and made my birthday feel even more special.”

  “Miriam was absolutely fantastic handling my allergies and double checking throughout that nothing I ordered could contain them. By far the best restaurant I have been to that made such an effort to reassure that nothing served to me would contain something I couldn’t eat! Also everyone was absolutely friendly and lovely!”

  “Came for lunch and was greeted by Lyla who took me to a table. She was very friendly and asked if I knew how to order using the app. When the food came I was enjoying it and was asked by another staff member if the food was ok which it was until I started to eat the Butterfly Burger. It was tasty but as I was eating more of the burger I noticed the chicken was quite tough to eat, eventually I gave up on eating the burger and ate the roll and the rest of my sides. I even tried cutting the chicken with a knife and the knife wouldn’t cut it. I was disappointed in the burger as I couldn’t eat most of the chicken. I tried to get staff members attention but they were moving so fast cleaning tables or talking to other customers. I thought someone would have asked how my meal was after I’d finished but no one did otherwise I’d have mentioned this.”

  “First time coming to this nandos! Went on a Thursday evening! It was very quite and not many people in there but still service was very slow. Food was good. All in all I would return.”

  “I am writing to make a formal complaint about my extremely disappointing experience at Nando’s Birmingham Bullring. I have been a Nando’s customer for a long time, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Firstly, I was very unhappy with the food portion I received. In my opinion, it was noticeably smaller than the same meal I have ordered on previous visits. When I politely raised my concern, I expected the staff to listen and address the issue professionally. Instead, I was met with an extremely rude and dismissive attitude from the Assistant Manager, Kiran. Rather than taking my concerns seriously or attempting to resolve the matter, Kiran simply stated, “This is our serving size,” and gave me only two options: either accept the meal as it was or receive a refund. This conversation took place in front of other staff members, which I found embarrassing, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the restaurant atmosphere felt disorganised that day. It seemed that the Restaurant Manager, Zen, was not present, and there appeared to be no leadership or concern for customer satisfaction. I felt that nobody cared about resolving my complaint or ensuring I left as a satisfied customer. I left the restaurant feeling angry, disappointed, and completely let down. It was not simply about the portion size—it was the poor customer service and the way I was treated that made the experience unacceptable. Based on this experience, I have lost confidence in this restaurant and have no intention of returning. I hope Nando’s investigates this incident, reviews the standards of customer service at the Birmingham Bullring branch, and ensures that no other customer is treated in such an unprofessional and disrespectful manner.”

  “Nandos for me is such a hit and miss depending on locations but this one was amazing! We were seated by Lyla and she was incredibly hospitable. The food was really great and just a perfect go to spot when you can’t decide what to eat! Definitely recommend.”

  “Great experience unfortunately my picture can only show the damage I did instead of how lovely the food came out but it was great had a perfect waitress as well called Lyla made things a lot easier when there was a problem with the app. Over would come back, a bit noisy but what can you do”

  “The food is all really good as per usual. The service? Not so good. They was a young man who was spectacular. The others were just disengaged and um interested. My wife ordered a Dr pepper through the app. However it was not available as advertised on the refill machine.”

  “I went there specifically for the kids meal, I just love the unlimited ice cream, but they were out 🥹 The person I was with accidentally spilled half their drink as soon as they got it and the staff were so sweet, they replaced it for him. Overall the staff was super friendly and nice! Great vibes. I got a burger with some sort of pineapple salsa on it, it was brilliant. I loved the sweetness the pineapple added to the spice of the burger, I’ll defo be having that again.”
