  “The food at this establishment was quite pleasant, offering a satisfactory culinary experience. Our server was exceptionally attentive and courteous throughout the entire meal. The ambiance provided a comfortable setting for our dining occasion. While the cuisine met expectations, the truly outstanding aspect was the remarkable service we received.”

  “Great venue and food menu! Family visiting from Sheffield very impressed. The only negative for me was the obsession with throwing bottles into a hopper and the resulting noise is ear shattering. Does not create a good atmosphere. I find it essentially rude and inconsiderate of customers. Puts me off returning. As a biline how many prawns in that Shrimp Sub? Tastes amazing but sliced so thinly I imagine no more than three-four prawns 😕”

  “Tasty vegan burger here, and a good selection of beers too. Many menu options were unavailable when we visited but possibly this is due to it being a bank holiday weekend”

  “We had a nice lunch of fish and chips. We stopped by here several times on this trip. The service was excellent. The primary beer options were from Purity Brewing. Toilets were clean.”

  “Popped in for a couple of pints before a social event elsewhere. Friendly service, great beer at a reasonable price for the location. Also very nice and polished looking inside. The lady behind the bar asked if I was planning to get through each beer, and believe me, I'd have loved to! But I just went for the two I was sure I'd like most. They don't pack as much of a punch as other similar beers, but they make up for it with flavour.”

  “Great craft beer pub with so many awesome taps to choose from. Gets packed, so get there early or book ahead. Share plates and small bites are perfect for a session of beer tasting, and there are bigger plates for those that come hungry!”

  “An impressive selection of ales in this pub. I had two different Purity ales, and would recommend that you try a bit before you buy. The bartender's recommendation was spot on regarding his opinion on the better ale. The only disappointment was that cash is not accepted. Quite annoying if you've withdrawn cash earlier.”

  “Couldn’t decide where to go to decompress after a long week and walked past this place so decided to give it a try. The beer selection was phenomenal and we were very happy with the choices we made. The staff were friendly and I love the atmosphere - not too rowdy and you are able to talk normally without having to shout at one another. The food was ok. Was definitely impressed with the runny yolk in the scotch egg but to be honest, if I wasn’t told that it’s duck, I’d never have been able to tell. It was like any other meat and for the price, I kind of expected it to be a little better. However, a good bar snack nonetheless to go with a couple of good pints.”
