  “Celebrating my daughter's birthdsy with family. Quiet night so service was quick and efficient. Food choice was good and was delicious but every member of the party found portion sizes small, resulting on us all having to order puddings something we dont normally do when eating at other restaurants. As it was quiet we were left alone to enjoy our meal at our own pace and enjoy a drink after the meal.”

  “Let's see... DISLIKES: Only can order online through the webpage when you are sitting at the table and there are staff in the restaurant.Ordered tacos and got so small portion,I was thinking I am at a gourmet restaurant.Please see pic,for this meal I payed £14.50. For the drink I choose no ice,and it arrived full with ice cubes. LIKE:Very nice place,but the food let it down for me... Not gonna lie,not going to come back.”

  “Went here for my birthday brunch because the food and service are consistently great. Left my favourite cardigan behind. I was devastated. It was safely put to one side and returned with care and good humour. Now I have both a favourite cardigan and a favourite place to eat out. Five stars for the food and the team.”

  “Accessible location and nice atmosphere and some throwback background tunes ! Food actually taste great and well presented! However service was deceitful!! even COVID era done 5 years ago? How are QR code still a thing?? If I wanted to "serve" myself on an app, I would have gone to nandos round the corner. Despite a nice welcome and table placed, we weren't told to order at the bar or the app. We had elder people with us and were not impressed with the app. We could not order tap water through the app. When drinks came, tap water was requested and the waiter pointed us to the location of the bar and self serve. Do the establishment expect us to cook our food as well?? Price is not a problem but table service is a minimum. Plus I would expect staff to be dress decently at work rather than casual. No wonder hospitality sector is dying!”

  “Valledo Lounge is situated in the Monk's Retail Park, just outside York city ccenre, it is servved by the no. 9 Park and Ride bus service. This lounge has a relaxing feel, helped by the unique decor, pictures and ornaments on the wall. The mismatched and different types of furniture, chairs and tables, is what gives lounge s unique and relaxing atmesphire. Staff do not wear uniform which adds to the unique nature of this venue. All staff are very helpful and a pleasure to talk to with a relaxed demeanor. The Valiado Lounge is a large venue with plenty of seating, both inside and outside. There is plenty of parking both outside the venue an serounding businesses. There is a wide variety of food icl. Vegetarian and gluten free. As well as a wide range of drinks both alcoholic, still and fizzy All the Food is cooked to perfection and drinks are propared to order. Special requests, and diatry need are taken into account accross all the lounges, as they have vegaterian and gluetin free menue items as well”

  “Lovely atmosphere we don't have dogs but it's nice to see other people enjoying there meals with there pets the food was great I had a full English breakfast everything was cooked just the way it should be I'm not a big fan of cooked tomatoes but these where cooked perfectly same with the eggs nice and runny. My current fiancee had sunshine brunch she said it was amazing and will definitely have again. We have been before and will definitely be going back”

  “Well, what a lovely surprise find. We were all a little hungry prior to having an evening at the cinema and wandered into The Vallato Lounge. Absolutely lovely, tasty and very reasonably priced food from a varied menu. My burger was the tastiest I've ever had and I've had a few over the years. The food came quickly and was piping hot. Service was also excellent by our waitress who served us with a smile and happy demeanour. The restaurant is spacious with comfortable seating and a very pleasant atmosphere. Brilliant.”

  “We went for an anniversary meal 6.30ish mid week. Loads of seating to choose from including sofas. Waiting on staff were friendly, food came quickly and was delish. They were accommodating when I asked to take home some remaining food. Decor is quirky and stunning. Dog friendly and a selection of games and stuff for a rainy afternoon and a few drinks! Ordering and paying is all online so no need to actually talk to anyone if you're shy or awkward. I'd go back 👍”

  “We went to this restaurant for dinner and had a great experience. The space is a large, open room with high ceilings and beautiful chandeliers, creating an elegant atmosphere. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and you can place your order through the app, which makes the service quicker and more efficient. The staff was friendly, especially the lady who served us. Most importantly, the food was delicious! Would definitely recommend.”
