“I visited the Old Bush on Saturday 21 March along with friends as part of a Black Country Ales tour bus. As part of the tour we visited a number of pubs and received a warm friendly welcome at each pub but with the exception of the Old Bush. I was one of six friends all of which varied in age from mid fifties to early seventies and we were treated with disrespect , initially from a bartender and then the landlady. My friend asked the bartender if he could have the darts and although they were within easy reach he was met with a terse response of “ in a minute “. A situation was then created by the landlady who decided to wrongly accuse us of doing something that we had not, simply because she reacted without finding out the facts. It was made quite apparent that she didn’t want the tour bus at her pub and her attitude and comments reflected that. The way in which both the bartender and landlady treated us was disrespectful and unprofessional.”

Drinks were great, service was quick without feeling rushed, and it’s the kind of place you immediately want to come back to. A real local gem — highly recommended!”
