  “We arrived and it had been very busy, bank holiday so didn't expect anything less. I thought the food and service was great. We had Charlie as our waiter who looked after us throughout the food ordering and serving. The Nut Roast was superb and the cauliflower cheese exceptional. My Husband had the beef and said it was melt in the mouth and our daughter had the Halloumi vegetarian option rather than the fish and chips. I thought the menu catered really well for Vegan and Vegetarians. Everything was great. We will be back. We sat in the restaurant area near the bar and we are thankful that we were able to bring our dog in that section. All round lovely pub and great service. Thank You.”

  “My family and I went to the White Hart Pirbright to celebrate my brother’s GCSE results, and it was absolutely wonderful! The service was incredible, all staff were really attentive and looked after us with a special shoutout to Tony who really went above and beyond!! My mum has a dairy allergy and they accommodated her fantastically! Food was 10/10 as always, will definitely be coming back!”

  “Sunday lunch was very disappointing. The beef itself was excellent, but unfortunately everything else let the meal down. The vegetables and sides all had a taste and texture suggesting they had been sitting on a hot plate for a long time. It was a real shame, as the quality of the beef showed the kitchen is capable of much better. All staff very nice with good service.”

  “We had a fantastic experience here! Our server Tony couldn’t have been nicer, he made our birthday celebration a really special evening. Chef Deano cooks beautiful food. Highly recommend coming here and we will be back.”

  “I stopped by this pub recently and the visit turned out far better than I expected. The place already has a relaxed and welcoming feel, but what really made the experience stand out was the service from Sadie. She was genuinely one of the most attentive and kind servers I have met in a long time. From the moment I walked in, Sadie made sure everything felt easy and comfortable. She checked in at the right moments without ever hovering, and she had that rare mix of being friendly, helpful and completely natural. When I had a question about the menu, she explained things clearly and with a smile that made it feel like she actually enjoyed helping. Little touches like that make a huge difference. What impressed me most was how she seemed to keep an eye on every table while still making each person feel looked after. Drinks were topped up before I even had to think about asking, and she made sure the food arrived just the way I wanted it. It is the kind of service that makes you want to come back simply because you know you will be treated well. If you are thinking about visiting this pub, I would absolutely recommend it. And if you are lucky enough to be served by Sadie, you will understand why she deserves a special mention. P.S. I know this review is on the longer side, but that is only because I genuinely enjoyed my visit. When service is this thoughtful it deserves proper appreciation, so I wanted to take the time to express my gratitude fully.”

  “Fantastic meal. By sheer luck they had my favourite Octopus on the specials menu which was out of this world… if only they had it as a main but that just meant I had to have lamb for my main which was beautifully cooked and perfectly pink (as ordered). Outstanding in all areas from atmosphere to service, it was faultless dinning. Didn’t hurt that we got a complimentary drink as part of the bank holiday offer as advertised on their loyalty app.”

  “I stopped by the White Hart intending to have just one drink, but the experience quickly turned into much more. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by friendly and attentive bar staff, especially Reeshan, who truly stood out. Reeshan was fantastic, offering great drink recommendations and going above and beyond to make the whole visit enjoyable. The relaxed atmosphere, combined with the amazing smell of the food, made it hard to leave. Although I didn’t eat this time, the dishes coming out looked incredible and definitely caught my attention. Overall, it was a brilliant experience with service to match. It’s a bit out of the way for me, but I’ll absolutely be making the trip again.”

  “Would highly recommend The White Heart to anyone, all the times I’ve visited I’ve been welcomed with politeness and warmth, especially from Barbara, Georgia & Ty. I’ve had some great food here and the peroni is the best in the area not sure if it’s the pourer or the lines either way never had a bad pint. All the other staff are friendly and polite to say the least. Book a table and find out for your self👌🏻”

  “This is by far the best pub in the area. The staff are so friendly especially a lady called Chelsea who is outstanding in making you feel so welcome. The food came out quickly & piping hot despite being packed & all tables full. For me & my friends we don’t go anywhere else. If I had to give this a percentage rating it would always be 100% Excellent is an understatement, please go as you won’t regret it. Photos show the quality. Absolutely superb.”
