  “Popped over to Bowness on the ferry for a day trip and wanted to grab a bite to eat in the afternoon. The Asian fusion aspect is why we chose Baha but actually ended up sharing their 3 meat sunday roast for two platter. The food was great but the service was better; friendly, personable and attentive and willing to be flexible with the drinks on offer when my first choice was unavailable. Alex and Leon were exactly who you'd want to represent any business in the service industry and they're a credit to the management of Baha.”

  “I took my partner to Baha to celebrate her birthday while we were staying in the area. The food looked fantastic online, and the atmosphere of the restaurant really appealed to us, so our expectations were quite high—especially given the price point. To start, we ordered the Fire-Crisp Pork Belly and the Panang Tiger Prawns. Both dishes were absolutely fantastic—full of flavour and beautifully presented. They really set the bar high for the rest of the meal. Unfortunately, the mains didn't live up to those expectations. There were quite a few items unavailable on the menu, particularly the beef dishes. We'd specifically planned to order the ribs, only to find they weren't available. Instead, I had the Yellow Adobo Half Chicken, which was recommended by our waiter, and my partner chose the Spiced Lamb Rump. Sadly, we were both left feeling quite underwhelmed. Neither dish matched the quality or flavour of the starters, and it was disappointing after such a strong start. We also had a cocktail each, and my partner ordered a Prosecco. By the end of the meal, the bill came to over £120, and unfortunately, we didn't feel the experience justified the cost. We decided not to order dessert as we were already disappointed with the mains and didn't want to spend any more. Overall, I don't think the meal offered good value for money. The starters were excellent, and the restaurant itself has a great atmosphere, but the mains let the experience down. If they had been of the same standard as the starters, this would easily have been a five-star review.”

  “Food was exceptional. Service was superb. Excellent experience overall. Will definitely call again on our next visit. Starter - pork belly - absolutely delicious Main course - Thai Green Curry - very large portion which was perfectly spicy. Best curry I've ever tasted.”

  “Lovely quirky decor and a wonderfully cool indoor space, which was very welcome on such an unusually hot day in the Lakes! Service was excellent throughout, the food was beautifully presented and tasted fantastic. A great find — we’ll definitely return next time we’re in the area.”

  “Atmosphere was nice. Me and my partner both got a ribeye steak and added surf and turf for an extra £7 each. The steak had no flavour and very chewy. For the extra £7 surf and turf, we got two pieces of king prawns. Thats £3.50 for a singular prawn! From our experience I don’t think the food is worth it. You’re paying for the aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.”

  “I took my wife here last night 05/03/26 for her surprise birthday meal. We were welcomed with smiles and positive vibes. Waitress even said to my wife “hi Tav, happy birthday!” We sat down and there was a birthday card off of all the staff (hand written) wishing her a happy birthday. We ordered a couple of cocktails-prawn clangers and a share platter. Cocktails came and they were perfect! The platter we chose was the £75 one which had a mixture of meats, side dish with rice and chips. Got to mention the lamb..OMG! Fell off the bone. I’m a big eater and this was just right for me as my wife is not 😂 We shared a STP with little fruits on the side (can’t remember what they were cause at this point the cocktails were kicking in) When it came out on a board it had Happy birthday written on it and two candles, waiters singing happy birthday! Honestly made our night. I think the waitress was called Destiny. So thanks to her and her team for making it so special. We’ll be back soon as we’re only in Keswick.”

  “My daughter booked a table for my 60th birthday surprise, and it was absolutely wonderful. We had a fantastic meal — beautifully prepared, with a great variety of flavours so there was a little taste of something for everyone. The portion sizes were perfect, leaving us satisfied but not overwhelmed. The service was exceptional, especially from our lovely waitress, Destiny. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience even more special. It truly made my birthday celebration memorable. Thank you for a fantastic evening!”
