“We were recommended by friends to visit. On the day it had a fantastic family village-green party. With free bouncy castle, face painting, and brilliant live music. Not only is the pub lovely and well looked after place, the village is pretty too. Theres plenty of tables and rooms to enjoy, depending on your reason for visiting. Theres a great food selection, wine, lager and real ales, along with soft drinks. Staff are all friendly and efficient. Looking forward to visit again soon.”

“Beautiful venue, great food and reasonable prices. Bar staff are absolutely the most useless ive ever seen. They cant seem to take an order with more than 2 drinks on it, very slow, they dont know what they have behind the bar, glasses piling up on the side, staff standing around chatting with a dozen people waiting to order at the bar. These things really do make the biggest difference. A dive of a bar can feel like a brilliant experience with the right staff. Sadly this was a lovely pub with the worst staff.”

“We had sunday lunch today. It was unbelievably gorgeous as was the pudding. The staff are happy. Despite there being a wedding in one of their rooms and on the green outside, they were able to give great quality service and food. Thank you”

“Had a couple of excellent beers and Sunday lunch today with friends. Roast was of generous portions Including a good selection of vegetables all cooked to perfection. Young people on service were attentive when required. They are a credit to the young and to the Northbrook. No hesitation in recommending the Northbrook Arms.”

“We had a recent family birthday celebration here. We hired the games room. There was 27 of us and it was perfect for what we needed. Callum and his team were extremely helpful from the planning and preparation, right up to the event itself. The food was very nice and everyone had a great afternoon. The pub is set in a pretty village just outside of Winchester. Would highly recommend and we will definitely return. Thankyou to the Northbrook Arms 😃”
