Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the beef shin curry with peanuts, served with jasmine rice, and repeatedly call the food incredible. Close behind are the Thai green curry, the dumplings, belly pork and Dan Dan noodles, with shrimp crisps to start and an Asian slaw on the side. Several praise the vegetarian and vegan options, and the wine and local ales get a mention. Diners describe a chilled, relaxed atmosphere, friendly servers and dog-friendly visits. The main caveats are cost and demand. A few call it expensive, with prices rising over time, and one sees it as an occasional treat. Several say the place was rammed or hard to book, and one waited a while to be seated. Portions are big enough that two parties ordered too much, and staff boxed up the leftovers.

“Absolute belter of a place. Tucked away a bit if you're not from the bay area. I'd book a table as we went on a random Wednesday and it was rammed. The stunning food is probably responsible for this. Can't wait to return and try more of the menu”

“Another fantastic visit to Omni, I think it gets better. Highly recommend for lunch or evenings, booking is highly advisable. I had the beef shin peanut curry, superb. The Mrs had the Rice Bowl with Chicken (standard choice for her!) Looking forward to our next trip.”

“Had a lovely afternoon at Omni with a group of close friends. The food was absolutely gorgeous, with a great selection on the lunch menu as well as lighter bite options if you're after something smaller. The atmosphere was really relaxed and chilled, making it the perfect place to catch up and enjoy a leisurely meal. I also spotted a very cute dog enjoying a visit, so it seems to be pet-friendly too, which is always a bonus! The staff were welcoming, and the whole experience was fantastic. I'd definitely go back and would happily recommend Omni to anyone looking for great food and a lovely atmosphere.”

“Absolute gem of a place, we don’t live in the area and have tried to get a booking for a while, finally managed it for lunch today and we are so pleased that we did. The food was awesome and we were really surprised at the big portions. My son and I had the shin beef with peanuts and jasmine rice, gorgeous 👌 My husband had the Thai green curry, which was equally amazing. Great service, and excellent selection of local ales and good wines. The atmosphere was really good too. What more can you ask for, great food, in a great atmosphere with excellent service. Hope to visit again.”
