  “Great lunch, super friendly and helpful staff. Ate under “the tent” a huge canopy and even when we had a heavy shower stayed nice and dry. My friend and I each had one of the specials . A posh fish finger sandwich and a salmon. Both beautifully presented and delicious. A great decaf coffee, locally roasted in Worcester.”

  “We dropped in to the plough inn this morning for a quick lunch and were met by friendly and welcoming staff that couldn’t do enough for us even though we hadn’t booked. We were accompanied in the bar due to the dining room being fully booked and were catered to attentively. No pressure to pay at the bar, we just opened a tab and enjoyed a quick soft drink and a meal each. The food was top tier, easily one of the best meals we have eaten locally and I would dare to say anywhere else in the UK. There was no pressure to leave a review however, when service and food is this good a 5 star review is more than deserved. We will be regularly returning!”

  “Popped in for lunch, given choice of seating areas. Food was lovely, we chose the fish and chips and flat iron chicken. Portion sizes were well worth the money, although we had to squeeze in a pud too. Both opted for the crumble and custard/clotted cream. Andrea was amazing, took the time to explain any queries that we had about the menu. She provided us with excellent service throughout our visit. She was professional and friendly without being pushy and gave us ample time to make our selection. Will 100% recommend and will definitely visit again. Thank you Andrea for giving us a lovely lunchtime experience.”

  “I am IMPRESSED! The pub for such a long time has been a typical pub food pub and then very much spit and sawdust. Now though the new owners have managed to do something I didn't think possible. I live local and I havent been in, 1. Honestly the cost, 2. I like most can't see past the old plough that has always been. Today I have been proven wrong. Myself with my Dad, Wife and 2 small children booked a table for Sunday lunch. Here is my verdict... BEST Sunday roast I have eaten out. If this pub was known because of a famous person you would be paying £60 plus for what we have experienced today. Beef was amazing, Yorkshire pudding was an absolute monster and veg/roasts cooked to perfection. The chef responsible at the Plough wollaston. HUGE CONGRATULATIONS! Try it if you havent, definitely returning!!!”

  “Amazing lunch at the newly refurbished Plough, the pub looks amazing and smells all new and fresh. We were greeted by the new owners Sarah and Bex who are super friendly and welcoming, we were sat at a lovely bright table and had our drinks served quickly and in clean glasses, a plus for me. We ordered off the menu, we started with a couple of snacks to start, the scampi with home made tartare sauce and the Frickles ‘the most delicious battered and deep fried gherkins, served with a spicy hot sauce’. Dad and I had the sea bass with Bombay potatoes and a saffron and yogurt dressing, which was really ydelicious and mom had the flat iron chicken with roast new potatoes and green beans again delicious. We finished with banoffee cheesecake which was so good I didn’t share it. All in all a great venue and addition to the area. Can’t wait to go back.”
