About Lyttelton Arms
The Lyttelton Arms is a gastropub on Bromsgrove Rd in Stourbridge, serving a British menu with Mediterranean influences alongside upgraded pub classics and a specials board. The pies include chicken, leek and cheddar and beef and malbec, each served with vegetables and mash, and a Sunday roast with beef is on the menu. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available. The Peacock Room is a private function room with its own bar and toilets, used for weddings and parties, so groups can host a celebration apart from the main pub. Reservations are required, and dogs are welcome. The pub has an attached car park.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often point to the private Peacock Room and private dining room, where several describe celebrating a 60th birthday, a wedding renewal meal and a wedding meal, with accommodating staff, an events coordinator who made it stress free, and food brought out in good timings with generous portions. Close behind is the food in the main dining area: pies, chicken, leek and cheddar and beef and malbec, with mash and vegetables, a Sunday roast with the beef cooked perfectly, butternut squash soup, black pepper squid, and large fish and chips. One diner enjoyed the bramble lemonade, and another had cocktails recommended by a waitress. Servers draw repeated praise for recommendations and regular check-ins, and the patio and decor also get mentions. The caveats are small. One reviewer on a busy Sunday found staff friendly but slow to seat them and bring drinks, and another found portions a bit small. A reviewer who brought their own dog to the wedding renewal celebration in the private room closes the pattern.

“The Sunday roast was so tasty, the beef was cooked perfectly. The service was incredible and we felt so looked after by our server, Laura. She gave us amazing recommendations and really made our experience 5 stars. Thank you, Laura!”

“Me and my friend Jane came this evening. We were served and looked after really well by our waitress Lottie. Lottie recommended some cocktails. She went the extra mile to ensure we had a very good experience. We've been to this pub before. Lottie is very hard working, bless her she was pushing tables together preparing for the next day, keeping busy and working very hard. Whilst still making conversation with me and my friend Jane. Very valuable member of the team. We wish her all the best in her studies and future.”

“Delicious food, although portions can be a bit small. We had a lovely server Laura who did a spectacular job at serving us quickly and regularly checking up on us. Do recommend !”

“We had our UK wedding renewal meal at the lyttleton arms in the peacock room for 45 people. Hannah the events co ordinator made the whole experience stress free, she did the room beautifully and really looked after us all on the day. The food was to a high standard, brought in good timings with no mistakes and generous portions. The room was intimate and had its own bar and toilets ensuring we could celebrate in private and our little dog could celebrate with us. Thanks again for a wonderful day.”

“Went here for dinner, after being recommended by a local. Well worth it. The actual pub itself is on a quiet suburban road, and has a decent car park. First thing we noticed was the outside sitting area and patio, one of the nicest we've come across. The inside was equally well decorated and quite luxurious in the dining area. The menu is upgraded pub classics, with a good specials board. We both chose to have pie, one chicken, leek, and cheddar, the other beef and malbec. Both were excellent and served up with vegetables and mash. We then splurge on desserts again both were great. Service was top notch, and pricing OK. Would definitely come back there if in the area.”
