  “Not a good visit at all! We arrived for our booking and were welcomed to our table. The service was good, taking a drinks order and quick for starters. They brought everything over and we enjoyed. But that's when out lovely evening was ruined. We waited then longer than an hour for our mains, the waiters just kept looking at our table and still hadn't removed the dirty starter plates sat in front of us. When it finally came they did say sorry for the wait. Once beginning our meals we weren't impressed, my partner said he couldn't eat it due to it being bland and others on the table didn't eat their after going past being hungry anymore. We asked the bill, which again took ages to arrive, they had taken my partners off the bill but after checking it it was completely wrong. There was 7 of us at the table, so a drink each and 3 of us had a second drink, this makes the total 10. We were charged for 10 cokes, 5 diet Cokes and 4 Cobras! It was quickly returned, I had to personally asked for it again after 20 minutes. They had then charged for meals we didn't have, on asking to speak with the manger he explained that they had a new chef. This doesn't explain the lack of explanation to coming to clear dirty plates or even a visit to the table to explain that they have a new chef who is still learning the menu and your meals are on their way. We left not paying for anything. It's a shame to say after coming before and haven't good experiences but this has done it now, you can get better from other curry houses around and we will not be returning.”

Some unexpected extras at no additional cost Cons: None relating to this review. Ordering through the online menu was quick and straightforward, with a good selection of reasonably priced dishes. Our food arrived earlier than expected and was delivered by a friendly driver. We also received far more dips than we remembered ordering, with no extra charge—a lovely and very welcome surprise! The food itself couldn’t be faulted. Everything was perfectly cooked, full of flavour and exactly to our liking. We haven’t eaten inside the restaurant yet, but after such an enjoyable takeaway, it is definitely on our list of places to visit in the near future.”

  “Our first visit to Simply Bilash. We went very early 1800hrs on a Friday. We were the only customers to start with, although it appeared that loads of Takeaways were being sold. Our food was delicious. Probably one of the best Indian Meals that I’ve had in many years. The staff were both pleasant and friendly, and the service was impeccable. Highly recommended!”

  “Had a fantastic experience at Simply Bilash in Stafford. The food was outstanding rich, flavourful curries made with real care and quality ingredients. You can genuinely taste the difference compared to your average takeaway. The service was just as impressive: warm, attentive, and welcoming without being over the top. It made the whole dining experience even better. If you’re looking for authentic, high-quality Indian cuisine in Stafford, this place is definitely worth a visit. Will be coming back again when I’m in the neck of the woods!”

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and top-notch service. The team working there are so friendly and welcoming, it really makes you feel at home. Now let’s talk about the food – absolutely delicious. Every dish was full of flavour, fresh, and clearly made with love. Simple, honest cooking done perfectly. You can tell they care about quality and the experience they give to their customers. The place itself has a lovely, relaxed vibe. Clean, cosy, and full of good energy. Whether you’re popping in for a quick bite or sitting down for a full meal, this place hits the spot. Can’t fault it – 10/10 from me. Highly recommend!   “Our favourite Bangladeshi Restaurant. We have known Naz the owner for many years. He is always extremely friendly and goes out of his way to accommodate all your requests and make sure you have a special evening as do all the members of his team.The menu is extensive, but if you want something that isn't shown they will always try and sort it for you. Dietary requirements are not a problem. The food is always well presented and the portions are generous. Excellent value for money particularly on a Sunday night.”
