  “I went here for a family get together and we had an amazing time! Food: the food was very good and filling amazing for price, the bread was a little sweet but otherwise delicious. It did not take long for it to come out despite it being quite busy. Service: the staff were incredibly kind and quick with brining drinks, food and bill. I do recommend if you’re looking for a nice place to go for a meal and a few drinks a beautiful and clean place.”

  “A nice place in a good location. Food was tasty and well presented, the inside is pleasant and the atmosphere was ok. Few gripes tho. Chairs get uncomfortable after an hour or so and the service was very patchy. Polite enough when there but don't expect to see them too often. Nowhere near attentive enough and table cleaning training is defo needed. I would return but wouldn't be in a hurry to do so.”

  “Had a birthday meal in the restaurant, for 11 people,very nicely furnished, clean and tidy. Excellent serving staff, food absolutely spot on, complements to the chefs, best tomato soup I've tasted in ages, had the roast beef dinner, beautiful, definitely worth a visit.”

  “Booked a pod for a birthday lunch, however due to the weather we were unable to use the experience we paid for. I am obviously aware that the weather can’t be controlled by Aston marina and we sat outside in the lovely sunshine to eat. When we asked to speak to the manager regarding a partial refund as we did not use the pod at all, as it was hotter than the sun in there he advised that he could not do this. He advised that the pod and outside dining is a whole package and so no money could be refunded. I totally appreciate that we used the outside dining area however we did pay for this and the pod but were unfortunately unable to use both!”

  “I had a lovely visit to Aston Marina. The food was absolutely delicious, with great quality and presentation. We sat outside in one of the private hire domes, which made the experience feel really special and cosy. The setting is beautiful, right by the water, and perfect for a relaxed meal. Prices were also very reasonable for the overall experience. I’d definitely recommend it for a nice meal”

  “Went in a dome last night, not for the first time as I find it a really different experience. Credit to the servers who battled the rain to bring our food, still smiling, whilst we were warm inside the dry heated dome. First time ordering from the new summer menu, good seletion, I had beef croquetes and red snapper, both dishes were well cooked and presented, the prawns on the snapper dish were fierce so watch out. Couple pics of starters attached.”

  “Went through the pedestrian gate no signs dogs are not allowed inside the bar and didn’t see any on the bar restaurant entrance either and it’s about a 1/4 mile walk from the gate. It was also the most expensive pint of Guinness I have purchased since travelling from Bedfordshire to Stone by canal visiting many many very nice pubs and restaurants on the way. The Three Crowns up the road where I went yesterday a lovely pub with nice furniture and surroundings was £1.60 a pint less and welcomes dogs Not impressed as it was a cold windy day so drank just the one pint and left but wouldn’t have gone in at all if they had bothered to put signage about dogs not welcome inside on the gate”

  “Ambiance and service, brilliant! Food is 50/50.. I originally ordered Chocolate torte, I had to swap it with my colleague, it's not a very pleasurable dessert.. most of those who ordered it didn't even get to the half of it.. what a waste! Mains is nice... The non-alcoholic drink, Arizona Sunset and Stardust (?) is superb! Just that half of the glass is filled with ice and half is the real drink... Do I get real value for money... Very expensive ice I would say! 🤩”

  “We moored at the Marina for a few days, and we had a great 60th birthday lunch in the restaurant! Very good food, the staff are super and the setting is beautiful & very well landscaped. Highly recommended!”
