  “Really big fan of this pub, can't put my finger on exactly why but the atmosphere is always really relaxed and staff always seem to be genuinely happy which is a nice sign. I've been several times and only once was the food not quite up to usual standards, I hate complaining but it was dealt with so very well by the manager. I wish I got her name to thank her personally for making us feel valued. Really lovely pub who, in my experience, care about their guests :) Thank you”

  “I had a couple of hours to spare in between meetings so I popped in for a bite to eat whilst finishing up with admin. It's tastefully decorated, very clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Service was swift and the food was great. Perfect.”

  “Nice place, staff were really helpful and friendly (especially when my daughter knocked my glass over!). Only comment was that the food came out warm not hot and the steak i ordered wasn't cooked how I asked and very fatty. We would go back but maybe give the steak a miss :)”
