  “Well not sure what I can say. The place cant even process an order placed 3 times. while multiple people received their food before us that ordered full meals 30 minutes after us. Do not ever go here. Barman/manager was more interested in talking to his wife/sister then taking my order its that kind of place”

  “Ordered my toddler some food today and it got to 45 minutes later still not recieved our food. Queired at the bar and was told it hadnt been sent to the kitchen. 20 minutes later still nothing so queried again at which point my toddler is starving and was told again that the kitchen hadnt recieved it. Did we even get an apology? No nothing. Safe to say we spent over an hour in the baking sun with a hangry toddler so had to leave so we could feed our child. Wasted time. Wasted money. All whilst other people who arrived after us were recieving full meals. Absolutely appalled. Do not recommend. And all over a portion of chips.”

  “Came in for a few drinks on Friday night and was served by Lilly, she suggested us a new gin to try and was very friendly when serving. The quiz was also fun to listen to and had a great selection of music for the music round!”

  “One of the staff was very rude because my friend ordered a drink and forgot to click the mixer for her drink and the staff member brought the drink over and said well if you want lemonade then you need to pay for it and just walked off. She was rude and abrupt for no reason. The food was nice but unfortunately this particular member of staff ruined the experience with their unprofessional attitude.”

  “Stopped by as was in area last weekend .Have to say it was a horrid experience from start to finish . Were to start on entering noticed that the bar was being held uo by local fowl language punters who had quite clearly had far to much to drink staff not bothered about there foul language as they were joining in with them even thow there were children around .left stood waiting at bar for unacceptable time as no one was serving and the barstaff were just joking with wot I can guess were there friends when was eventually served they had an attitude on them as if we were interrupting there fun no please thankyiu or sorry for taking to long manners cost nothing maybe they should be taught this . Food was very bland an under cooked wouldn't mind but this is fish you know could make sumone very sick no point in complaining to staff as there attitude from the start was very off putting . Have passed full complaint on to food hygiene standards hopefully they will get an inspection and told to improve standards of food . As regards staff not much can be done apart from hire sum new how have customers service skills and half a clue of what they are ment to be doing . Went to colliers after to get some proper food and there establishment was excellent end of the day avoid stags leap you will thank me for it”
