  “I ordered 5 wings and 3 strips an hour ago and hasn’t arrived yet. Ive been up twice to ask and they said its on the way, not happy at all to be honest. 🤏 This close to kicking off. Telling me it takes 7 minutes and 30 seconds per piece of chicken? Absolutely tomfoolery, not a happy chappy in the slightest.”

  “Midday monday and had No pizza , No burgers, No jackets , No cheese No tuna the list goes on .. when we finally found something to order was delivered with items missing which then had to be sent back to the kitchen after we pointed out on menu what it said come with the dish 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ sauces was all nearly empty so had to search for one that could actually be used , had to ask for the table to be cleaned ( and we wasnt the only customers either) tea station was dirty with rubbish all over and spilt drinks.. staff didn't seem bothered about rhe lack of menu items even when meal sent back which I can only assume must be a regular thing ( I know the floor staff cant help this but they are the front house so end up with the brunt of it .. maybe higher up can work out there stock issues ) .. for mid day on a Monday I was shocked and wont be returning unfortunately”

  “Food, service, ambiance, cost there’s nothing to fault at the this place! Large portion sizes for unbelievable prices at an unbelievable atmosphere with amazing customer service. A go to everyday place”

  “Cant review food as it was a night out for drinls, that bring said due to the absolute state of the place i wouldnt eat there. We were sticking to the floor and carpet tables not clean and the drunken kids were everywhere. Getting a seat was a mission from mars. Too loud to even hear yourself think... Wouldnt go back”

  “Typical Wetherspoons pub, plenty of seats, decent prices, not to noisy and a place where can chill out and relax. Quality is consistency and Wetherspoons is perfect at this”

  “WOW - I Must Say that I was very Impressed by the total atmosphere here. I came in this evening (Wednesday 7th January 2026) & I couldn't believe my eyes (When I sat at the Table having a drink) The Total atmosphere behind the bar (The Staff) Dancing away & showing off the movement's to music. YOUR ALL AMAZING 👏 Please keep up the fantastic work & (Of Course the Dance moves) Love it 🥰🥰 Look forward to seeing you all very soon 😊”

  “I happened to visit this Wetherspoon pub twice today, either side of an appointment. When we first arrived we had ordered food at the bar, a simple breakfast and beans on toast with a coffee and a pepsi. I had to return to the bar 15 minutes after placing the order for the coffee mug, which is fine, the bar tender clearly just forgot, not the end of the world, but both coffee machines were not working to the full potential that they could have been. Both had ran out of milk so one came out with water that literally looked like dish soap, and the other actually managed to pump out the smallest shot of coffee, which needed to be topped up with cold milk as this was the only option. It took over 45 minutes to get it sorted. We waited over 30 minutes for our food, for it all to come out stone cold. My bacon was over cooked and rock solid, the only thing that was remotely hot was the beans. Within the first 5 minutes of sitting down, the night club lights were switched on and left on all day, to the extent that they were still on when we returned 4 hours later, talk about a rave over breakfast. When we returned, we ordered through the app, which was surprising when our dessert arrived within 5 minutes of placing the order, but the drinks took nearly 20... Also, I'm not satisfied of where the CCTV camera is pointing in the mail toilet. Certainly puts me on edge when you are just trying to use the urinal. Wasn't satisfied at all with our visits today. Especially when the morning visit at 8am only had 3 of us in the building.”

  “There is a really nice atmosphere here, lots of space but nearly all the tables are occupied. We found space upstairs and we were served promptly. The stairs and toilets need a bit of love as they show age but otherwise the restaurant is pretty and well situated.”

  “There’s a cluster of at least three Spoons around here and this is by far the grandest. Top rate friendly service as per usual. Limited outdoor seating at the front, more at the back but nothing great.”
