  “The cheekiest nandos I have ever had. Food was cooked to perfection. Chips crispy and seasoned perfectly. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Nice if you’re wanting to escape the business of the Trafford centre but have a nandos local whilst you’re there.”

  “Disappointed overall. No forks in the collection area I had to ask for some. The food was served and the fries had no peri salt on them. I had to ask for the salt. The food was not hot. I raised the issue to a member of staff and said the chicken was cold only because I could cope with the chip being luke warm. . She took the plate away and brought it back without the chicken on and said they were going to reheat the chicken... Wow. Then a gentleman came over and asked if everything was OK. I explained what had happened and he took the remainder of the meal away. He replaced it with a complete hot meal. Thanks to this person that have been a manager the meal ended up OK. If it wasn't for him this review would have been a 1 star all round.”

  “What a fantastic experience! We visited this Nando's for the first time as a family, and from the moment we arrived, everything was brilliant. A huge thank you to Alice, who looked after us so well. She was incredibly friendly, polite, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great visit. She was amazing with my children, built a lovely rapport with them, and nothing was too much trouble. To top it all off, she even found my son's lost toy, which meant so much to him! This was by far the best experience we've had at any Nando's. The outstanding customer service and warm, welcoming atmosphere made our visit really special. We all left with smiles on our faces and will definitely be returning. Thank you, Alice, for making our family visit so memorable!”

  “Nando’s at the Trafford Retail Park is one of my favourite Nando’s locations, and it isn’t surprising that this is one of their most highly ranked restaurants on Google nearby. The location is great, it has parking directly outside, and is also near the Trafford Centre, without being anywhere near as busy. It’s usually pretty easy to get a table here compared to Nando’s, actually inside the mall, where there always seems to be a long line. I really like the decor of this place too, it has the usual Nando’s vibes, but the artwork, colours and lighting are so pleasing, it has a really great atmosphere around the place, with a number of booths and stylish, comfortable seating The staff are friendly and seem actually happy to be there, even going as far as to make sure customers are topped up with drinks, and I felt assured my allergy was taken care of when ordering at the counter with a manager. I’ve visited here a couple of times now, and the food is usually pretty good. Most recently, I ordered a Medium-Spiced Chicken Butterfly with Peri Chips and Rostinas, the portion size was good, everything was cooked well and tasty with lots of flavour, and I enjoyed it. There are a couple of small issues which I have with Nando’s in general. I do think it’s a shame they no longer have regular mayonnaise, so I have to bring my own, and I do find it to be a little pricey, but that can’t take away from the great work the team do here to deliver great standards of food and service, and this might just be becoming my go to Nando’s whenever I fancy the chain due to this and their convenient location.”

  “Food was incredible, food brought out very promptly and the level of service and overall atmosphere the staff gave was brilliant. Georgina and another girl that came over to serve us made my family feel very welcome and they went absolutely above and beyond. If there is a recognition scheme internally for nandos staff, please look after these two 👌🏻”

  “I visited Nando’s today and had a really great experience. Bilal was absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly from the start. I had an issue with my order, and even though it was something difficult that he didn’t necessarily have to sort out for me, he still went out of his way to help and made sure everything was resolved. I was genuinely very impressed by his kindness, professionalism, and attitude. The food quality was also very good, and because of this experience — especially thanks to Bilal — I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you, Bilal, for the excellent customer service!”

  “Delicious food and the best service we’ve ever had at Nando’s in twenty years. Our regular is the chill factor but they were out of my regular dish so came to Trafford Park instead - so glad we did. Everything was great on our visit from start to finish. The manager was very attentive and offered to fill our drinks several times as well as several check backs throughout. 10/10 - couldn’t be better. We’ll be back.”

  “The chocolate cake decadent absolutely the most phenomenal chocolate cake I've ever eaten! The mango 🥭 dessert also really scrumptious so fresh. The hot food mouth watering good nice broccoli 🥦 the butterfly chicken just melted in my mouth, the peri salted chips wow loved every single thing I scoffed. Was such a lovely atmosphere music playing was almost like tribe music, the staff were so friendly and helpful keeping everything clean and tidy the toilets 🚻 looked very clean and well stocked. We also got to sit in a booth the seating was really comfy we stayed ages was nice just sitting sharing food and enjoying the ambience of the place. I also liked that the first thing the staff were asking if we have any allergies it is good to be so careful luckily we do not have allergies but this is something that is taken seriously.”
