Customer Review Summary
The criticism is sharper in the lower ratings. One diner's food order was never entered into the system, so the table sat without food and the explanation came only after asking. Another found the gyoza not fresh, the Korean fried chicken bao buns dry with cold baos, and the beef ramen broth almost flavourless. A third says the ramen beef had no taste and the broth was just full of chilli, which felt poor for the price.

“We ate here tonight and my daughter wants to leave a review: " waggamama in the Trafford centre Is exceptional! The food, the service and experience was just amazing 🤩 I had the Bento box on the kids menu, perfection. Usually, kids menus are just junk food rip-offs, but this was a heart warming Bento box that makes my obsession for Japan grow even bigger!! Thank you to our sever, Harvey. He was extremely kind and was always checking if we needed anything!☺️" I also ordered the noodles and they were delicious!”

“Manuel was a great server, really kind and funny and walked me through the experience. If you are stuck for what to order the chicken teriyaki bites for a starter are a great way to tee up your meal.”

“Firstly , the atmosphere and vibe is good , service is also fine . However , the food is just below average , in terms of flavour , it was almost bland . The food served was not even hot . The gyoza didn’t seem fresh , it seemed it was served from hot case . The fried chicken in Korean fried chicken bao buns was dry and way too crispy , the baos were cold Beef ramen had almost no flavour in the broth Food items ordered were Beef + kimchi gyoza Koreans fried chicken bao buns Tantanmen beef ramen Single chicken + prawn byob Strawberry spritz and asahi as drinks We would not come back here and would not recommend this place to anyone”

“First time after long time at Wagamama but it will be my last. This Ramen cost almost £20 and the amount of beef with no taste in it is ridiculous and additionally the broth was just full of chilli no other taste. Absolutely scandalous quality for the price.”
